Very clean with well maintained gardens and pools. Plenty of sun beds. The room is very specious and housekeeping was regular and kept everything clean. Lovely buffet food and at a reasonable price too.
Not a bad location but on one side it faces shops and another hotel which seems to have constant music, and the other side has a beautiful view but close by there is a fun ride park and that can be quite loud and at times playing up to 2am. Not the hotel’s fault but not peaceful at all.
The kitchen is a okay, with very basic equipment, if you are into cooking, you might be a little disappointed but you can make it work.
Their entertainment air conditioning system in my room was incredibly loud, we just couldn’t use it, the hotel needs just a little updating and repairing of a few things.

We had an awesome stay at this villa hotel. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, and the drink bar was a great addition. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and spent most of the day swimming until it closed.
The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent, with plenty of choices and great quality food. Parking is available for a fee and does not require advance booking, which was very convenient.
There were activities every evening, and the kids especially enjoyed the magic show. Our villa was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a full kitchen. An Aldi supermarket is within walking distance, which is ideal if you prefer to cook your own meals.
The hotel is also conveniently located near many attractions, including beaches with water sports, sand dunes, camel rides, and other activities, all within a 10–20 minute drive.
The only small improvement I would suggest is extending the jacuzzi timer a little longer.
Overall, a wonderful family-friendly hotel with great facilities, excellent food, and a relaxing atmosphere. We would happily stay here again.
