What’s not to like

Could be doing with a better fridge but that’s pretty much same in most hotels

Really friendly team in all departments. Clean space and great facilities. Perfect place for a relaxing break

Everything was great

I liked that it was all bungalows, no tall buildings, everyone has their own terrace and sun lounger. Rooms were a nice size, great bathrooms, nice spa and gym. Everything was great

Nothing

The included breakfast was decent, the gym was probably one of the best hotel gyms I have seen, the pool area was cute, it was quiet throughout the resort.

The breakfast, although decent, got really boring really quickly as it lacks options, the lunch dishes were quite disappointing and expensive. The rooms are TINY, they looked much bigger on the photos and it was a massive let down when I entered my "bungalow". There is no room at all to have your suitcases open and there is not one wardrobe inside besides 3 drawers and a few hangers. The AC barely works, it takes forever to cool down the room. You hear every single noise from the "bungalows" attached to yours. We booked the bungalow for 2 people; however a friend wanted to join us for a few days. We paid quite a bit extra for him, but the only difference was a slightly larger sofa added to our tiny bungalow to accommodate him. Unfortunately the friend decided to stay only one night as he had some concerns about the hantavirus ship which was headed to the islands at the time so he left. We asked the place to refund us for the remaining days as they're not losing out at all on him leaving, they took away his beddings and towels immediately but we were refused the refund due to their "policy" which was really bizarre. We offered more business on the same singular room, so the place is not losing money at all, it's just taking more money for no reason as the third person was not having the breakfast or using the amenities. Very poor form from the hotel and it will surely be raised with the right ombudsman from my side, just as a principle. The place also made us feel as if we were attending Kindergarten for adults, it honestly was bizarre, something other guests also agreed on when we spoke with them. Needless to say I will not be coming here again, and I would advise you to look at other options also, proper hotels with proper sized rooms will be a much better choice. This was a massive let down on our holidays to be honest, I will stick with the options from the past that I know to have worked very well.
