L'environnement de cet endroit est magnifique, le cadre, la piscine avec son couloir de nage, le jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, et salle de gym sont parfaits. La propreté des lieux est exceptionnelle, tout comme le personnel qui est d'une avenance et d'une amabilité extrêmement rare de nos jours.
L'abscence de visibilité sur des tarifs de prestations telle que le buffet du soir, et autres prestations additionnelles. Ceci dit rien de rédibhitoire en soi.

I never usually return to the same resorts I've been previously, but what you get at Club Maspalomas for the money paid is incredible. You're greeted with a drink, then when we got to our room had a bottle of bubbly in an ice bucket waiting for us. The rooms are clean and comfy. We had selected one with a hot tub and the gardens are completely private with no danger of being overlooked. The facilities are brilliant, with the gym being the best equipped of any hotel I've ever stayed. The spa and pool area are all great too and you can pretty much always get a bed by the pool, but if its really busy each room has its own private beds too. The selection at breakfast would be hard to beat, catering for all nationalities and dietary needs, with the bar menu for lunch also being good and varied. What really stands out though are the staff. To a person they are warm, engaging and friendly. Special mention goes to Erica that works the pool area, and Richard that works the restaurant and bar area. Both are an absolute credit to the hotel with really beautiful personalities. That so many guests seek them out to say goodbye and hug them when they leave speaks volumes.
While the hotel itself is great, the surrounding area has been neglected to an extent. It seems that many of the surrounding areas have not had the same investment, and the local commercial centre that was once thriving and busy is now a ruin with just a few shops and restaurants. I'm sure that this is reflected in the price of the hotel though as you get a lot for your money. It is just a short cab ride, or use of the free hotel shuttle bus to better areas nearby.

Very professional and friendly staff, excellent food, comfortable and clean rooms. We really liked the 25 m pool, the spa and our delicious protein drinks at the bar after doing sports. A great thanks to Señor Jimenez for his good vibes :)

Restaurant and food superb - all staff were exceptionally friendly, efficient, and nothing was too much trouble. Everybody made to feel very welcome. Hotel grounds and facilities also exceptionally clean.

Peaceful, clean, friendly, lovely spa facilities, accessible. I really enjoyed my hot stone massage it was extremely relaxing. There was a shuttle to the beach, taxi costs about €4.70. Yoga was free, on 3 times a week, you just had to register. Bar made excellent club sandwich on gluten free bread for me and the tuna poke was delicious. We didn't eat dinner there but the Grand Italia on the beach front does gf pasta with very good food and service.
Our rate was B&B. For my partner there was fantastic variety at breakfast. They changed little things every day to give people different options. I need gluten-free options. There was a gf corner with toaster, bread, cornflakes, museli, crakers, and ricecakes, allergens were also labelled on lots of other items such as sausages etc. which was great and they had a variety of non-dairy milks. Personally, I was disappointed by the end. I had flagged I was gf before my arrival and while I didn't go hungry a week eating the same stuff while watching people get new options like pancakes, custard tarts etc I felt that there should have been more for gf people. It would be easy to offer gf pancakes, or do some gf muffins, croissants etc. They are available in the supermarket.

I booked a jacuzzi bedroom. it was a last minute booking. when I got them they said I would get a bathtub cabin, when I enter the cabin it was neither jacuzzi or bathtub unfortunately. They were super service minded and ofc calculated the difference to the normal cabins next morning. However I think in this case, they could have offer free evening meal that evening or free bar or just something. They promised me though, something extra the third time I will visit. So I am looking forward to it 🙏🏻

Modern, very pleasant staff, food choice good but have had better, good entertainment in evening during dinner, fabulous Wi-Fi, large heated pool with separate training lane. Courtesy bus available until 17:15 but good public transport services close to property.
The hotel situated on the wrong side of busy road to get to Maspalomas. Very rough footpath and plants in very unmaintained verges with poor illumination. Although the food was generally good at times some was cold and staff slow to replenish when necessary.

We stayed here from the start until the middle of January this year, and this is now the forth time we have stayed at this Hotel, every time we have not been disappointed with the experience, this Hotel is just superb from the staff, the grounds, the cleanliness and especially the restaurant, the food is crazy good, chefs are brilliant and know their trade, we will be there again for the next new year. 10 out of 10 from us. We stayed at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa for one week.
The Club has many highlights.
Pools. My wife is a swimmer and the swimming pool was great. There is a lap lane dedicated to swimmers and the temperature of the water is perfect, both for swimming and for cooling down after sunbathing. There is also a smaller roof-top spa pool, with higher temperature, for lazier people like me.
Gym. The gym is very well equipped, there is everything you need for a complete workout. We trained every day and we enjoyed that.
Restaurant. The variety and the quality of the food is outstanding. Among the other things, you can also get fish or meet cooked on the spot by the chefs.
Bedroom. We were lucky to be upgraded to the bedroom with an additional outdoor shower and bathtub. Housekeeping was done every day.
Staff. Everyone was welcoming and always happy to help and fulfill our requests in timely fashion. A special thank to Ludovico, from public relations, for his kindness and availability.
We also had the opportunity to meet with the director of the Club. He is man with a strong motivation and passion; this made clear to us why everyone is so committed in making a good job.
We are looking forward to come back.

The hotel was lovely with a lot of space with bedroom and sitting area and private terrace. Friendly staff and a beautiful bungalow. The pool was perfect and the the food was exceptional with great entertainment each night that blew us away. The general facilities we also fantastic and all kept very clean. On our first night when we arrived they did not have a room for us so upgraded us to a 5* which was great but would have preceded honesty rather than the blatant lie that we had ‘won’ an upgrade. The shower wasn’t great and kept flooding. When we raise this nothing was done to fix it meaning we showered in a pool of dirty water and the bungalow kept flooding. I would definitely visit again though despite these minor elements.

We are happy repeaters re-visiting this excellent resort again. We spent 1 week in May and were very happy with our stay that time and decided to choose Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa again for our 2 week vacation in August. We are happy we did as it met all our quite high expectations from our last visit. Again; the staff, facilities, room, service, breakfast and dinner was excellent. We used the gym frequently and this is one of the best gyms we have encountered in a hotel setting. Just before arriving we were contacted by the hotel that explained that due to a technical error they asked if we could spend the first night at another hotel. The hotel arranged accomodation at a 5 star hotel with the similar breakfast and dinner package so for us it was more of a nice get away for one day. In this regard, we would especially like to point out all the excellent service and professionalism by Ms Virginia Konther that we really appreciated! Also, Ms Konther was very service minded and assisted when my wife got ill and needed to visit a doctor. A big thanks to Virginia once again! :-) The hotel is quite calm due to the only adult guests and as a good fit for couples that want a nice and calm get away. During the evenings the hotel arranges excellent entertainment during dinner time, which is also something we appreciated very much. All the artists were excellent and a nice mix between piano, sax, guitarr, Crooners and the more upbeat bands like Jukebox Heroes. This band was exceeding our expectations in a great way! :-) So, from all of this you understand that we had a great time and visit at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa and this is an excellent alternative in every way. We will return again! On our wish list for our next visit would be a daily intense and instructor led "water aerobics class" in the pool during 30-45 min for cardio :-)

Everything, first i would like to thank the staff as they were amazing, friendly and very helpful, and second the hotel is amazing specially for couples, the rooms where clean, the hotel was calm and beautiful i really enjoyed my stay there, even though i extended one more night because we liked the hotel so much. thanks guys ♥️
