⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding – We Can’t Wait to Come Back! We have just come to the end of our holiday at Mirador Maspalomas by Dunas, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff made us feel welcome. The customer service here is exceptional, and nothing is ever too much trouble. We did have a couple of issues during our stay, including a problem with the air conditioning. Although it took a few visits to resolve, the Guest Experience team and management handled everything brilliantly. They replaced the unit, kept us updated throughout. I also mentioned there weren’t enough plug sockets in our room, and within no time an extension lead was brought straight up to us. It may seem like a small thing, but it’s another example of how they genuinely listen to their guests and do everything they can to help. My girlfriend had arranged a birthday surprise for me, including a birthday cake, but what happened afterwards completely took us by surprise. Knowing it was the anniversary of my dog, Poppy, passing away, Gaia went above and beyond to make the day special. They surprised us with thoughtful extra touches, including a bottle of champagne, and their kindness meant more to us than words can express. It’s something we’ll never forget. The food has been delicious with plenty of choice every day, the entertainment has been brilliant every evening, and the hotel is spotless throughout. The location is perfect too. It’s close to the Yumbo Centre, Holiday World, the water park, shops and everything you could need, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. A very special thank you to Gaia and Arianna, along with every member of staff, for making our holiday so unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine care made all the difference. You didn’t just give us a holiday—you gave us memories that we’ll treasure forever.
