Really wonderful stay!

The bungalows are equipped with everything you need and are very clean. The beds are normal/medium soft, so suitable for everyone and with mattress protectors for hygiene. It is quiet, everything is clean and seems like an oasis compared to the dry island. The staff are very nice and helpful. The pool area is very well maintained, smoking is fortunately not allowed inside the complex. There is plenty of choice at the buffet. There is a free and fast bus to the beach, although you can also walk the distance comfortably and without much luggage. About 25 minutes. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and a mini market across the road.

On some evenings, loud dance music for about 2 hours.

More information on what to do locally and local bus arrangements would be helpful.

Good stay

Overall was a good stay. Good food, excellent hard working staff!!!Nice pool but too cold. Beautiful place and one more time ! Hats of for the staff - you were brilliant 👏

Entertainment very limited except couple of artist that was great and dint finish after 40 min. Cold pool. All services finishing at 11 pm. No option to buy a drink. No smoking through whole area ( first ever stay that I needed to go outside of hotel grounds to have a cigarette) Beds are awkward to get out/in as one person have wall next to. No replacement of coffee and water.

Excellent property.

A beautifully laid out resort area with a feeling of space and privacy as the individual bungalows had their own terrace. Modern, clean in fact pristine. Staff were great, helpful, friendly and genuinely seemed to want to help. Food at breakfast was excellent. Most definitely an excellent property. Top marks 👏👏👏👏👏

Pool was realy chill, The bungalows nice. Good vibe around the bungalow neighbours :) Pool bar is a plus, and the breakfeast was great

Big room(s). Clean. Very nice staff. Very good internet so that you could watch Netflix on your own laptop. Big selection at breakfast buffet and evening buffet.

There could have been more herbs and spices used by the kitchen.

Exceptional

Everything was absolutely spectacular! Best place for a nice and quiet getaway. The staff is very friendly and professional, facilities are top-notch, rooms are really clean and food varies every night and is as tasty as it gets! I really do recommend this place and hope to go back there as soon as possible :)

perfect for a peacful holiday

Hotel is bit far from the beach (27 minutes walk) but it is the price of being in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Bars and restaurants in this area are mainly on the beach promenade. A common mode of transport is by taxi (€4 to the nearest beach), however, the hotel offers a shuttle bus every hour from 10am to 5pm. Getting to e.g. playa de ingles is the most convenient by taxi, but you can also rent a bike near the hotel - if you are sporty, perfect solution. The accommodation is comfortable, quiet, the breakfast is plentiful and varied. Garden is superb.

Forus everything was great! 2 things just for info: I think it is caused by solar heating, but there is only intermittent hot water. Not a significant problem, because there is enough, you just need to take a break between 2 showers (maybe for families or if you are in a hurry it is good to know) It was no problem for us either, just information: the average age in the week we were there was 40-50 years. So I don't think this is a party place, people prefer to relax here.

the food was ok, not great. too much geared towards German and English taste. was expecting more tasty, authentic Spanish experience.

Fantastic time, see you later in the year.

Our fourth visit and cannot fault it. The staff are excellent and more than helpful. Good range of AI food choice, and we were there for 3 weeks. Free bus to the beach running every 30 minutes.

Fabulous holiday, we will be back!

Location was excellent. We were able to walk to the seafront daily. We were self catering so did not use the restaurant on site. The weather was fabulous. The resort was quiet and peaceful. Pool area immaculate.
