beautiful hotel, food could be better

it was beautiful and well kept. very clean and staff are friendly

the food. it was very bland. they should also be clearer about the additional price of the other restaurants in the hotel

excellent Christmas stay with family

facilities are amazing! heated pools, gym, games room for kids. we had a great holiday! the animation team are great! Some of the staff where wonderful - Big shout out to Moses, Oscar and Marleen who always engaged with us and the kids and special mention to Inma and Diana for there delicious omelette every morning. All of these lovely folks made our stay that little bit extra special! food is great! lots to choose from. All allergens listed clearly.

The chaos in the food market at breakfast and dinner! it was so overwhelming at times. even tough we would book our time slot at the non peak time it was always crazy!! common chat amount guests was that they didn’t bother booking and just showed up at whatever time they wished. this probably added to the chaos. this was not enforced either! the entertainment at night for adults is non existent. for us it was perfect as our young kids needed bed by 10:30pm anyway but for couples without kids there is no entertainment. the rooms are “cleaned” daily but not actually cleaned. the bed is made and the floor gets a wipe over that my 2 year old could have done. the dust behind our travel cot and the bed itself was crazy!

Fab hotel but unfortunately the food was poor quality

The hotel itself was lovely, the staff were very friendly and I noticed they were constantly working hard to keep the hotel clean which included our room made up and cleaned each morning..

I thought the food was really poor quality, which was so disappointing, to a point where I couldn't even eat the meat as it tasted so bad. I ended up eating salad,vegetables or fries instead for the week as everything else was just not edible, the deserts looked lovely but tasted of nothing, the fruit was lovely. I feel considering the presentation at meal times was so good it was really frustrating the taste didn't match . My partner who would eat food off the floor typically agreed the quality was also bad,one evening he got a chicken fillet in the food market restaurant and it was still a raw the whole way through,only cooked on the outside. For this reason I wouldn't stay here again which is rather annoying as the hotel itself was fabulous..

I will be back.

spa, cleanliness, the adult section, bar and pool. The staff is so polite and friendly. my 3rd time now.

To many kids in the Tabaiba half of the hotel. precausion made due to Covid19 in the breakfast and dining area not suffient enough. many hundreds of people handling the same things.

It was nice relaxing all inclusive holiday.

The food was nice and plenty of different swimming pools.

When we got to our room the old dirty cups and plates was left outside on the floor. The evening entertainment isn’t the best. No proper taxi system when leaving the hotel.

Relaxing break. Weather was mixed, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Variety of pools and dining areas.

Unable to open safe when I arrived as previous occupant had left personal items in it.

Room was clean and spacious, Animation Team was great

Not allowed to bring Visitors to the Hotel partially bad Quality food and drinks, even the 2 Themed restaurants have only the same drinks included. Lots of Rules and different Opening Hours for every Restaurant/Bar etc. Breakfast is until 10:30 but a lot of food is not available after 10 and they start cleaning the tables.

Beautiful tropical gardens, good pools and fairly good food. We were able to use the facilities right away despite an early arrival.

Hot drink was on tap indoor and outside also the cold drink was and we had lovely salt water wellness pool by adult only area is stunning

Good

The food variety was really great. The kids pool was brilliant and kept the children entertained for hours. The rooms were spacious and clean. I had two massages and a facial at the Spa and they were really excellent.

The air conditioning was very limited in the rooms. Personally I found it a bit to warm at night. Check in took far too long, nearly an hour after a long days travel with two small children is too much. Cocktails were rubbish or non-existent. I feel like this could be improved. Vegetarian options are limited.

Go somewhere else

When the staff understood I was vegan, they were v accommodating. Beds were comfortable

Pool area far too crowded and large parts covered with sand too hot to walk on. Really unrelaxing holiday when we couldn’t actually get sun beds near the main pool and had to perch on a chair somewhere so we could watch our kids. Food on floors everywhere in restaurants and outside by pools and rarely cleaned Masks were enforced but no other covid safe measures eg keeping utensils clean at buffet Check in was abysmal and long Booking system for Italian and Asian or anything else v poor

Really enjoyed our stay

Great food, great animation team, mini disco, loved the pools, and the self serve drinks

Sunbeds we’re a bit on top of each other, hotel a bit far from the beach and not much in Maspalomas itself. Also would have preferred more English speaking guests, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

The food was great, a large variety of dishes and the pool bars were great, you could order all the drinks.

Very good

Overall everything was nice until the weekend. It got very crowded with the arrival of locals and the breakfast, lunch and dinner lines were unbearable and people didn’t respect the proper distance per Covid guidelines.
