The bright, open, airy rooms, restaurant and other public areas. The hotel cleanliness was first Rate. The staff we met were all friendly, helpful and polite.

My wife is disabled, using a wheelchair. We were looked after exceptionally well with reserved loungers of our choice at the pool and generally at the buffet (couple of glitches with reserving). Huge number of guests but only ever felt overwhelmed at the buffet, where many guests were not the best queuers. Wonderful entertainment every night and really attentive service around the pool. On the adjacent promenade easy access down to supermarkets and restaurants/bars.
The concept of queuing around the buffet seemed alien to many guests, and only rarely were we offered any allowance for disabled needs at the buffet
