Aufgrund des Essens stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr

Wir waren schon einige Male vor Corona in diesem Hotel. Das Essen hat sehr nachgelassen. So gab es z.B. auf einmal keine Salatsauce mehr, auf viele Beilagen musste man sehr lange warten.

Fresh and green place

Location very close to beach and good for running or do exercises in the morning or afternoon. Really fresh area for healing.😊I love a lot of kind of food, fruits they prepared for breakfast and lunch. At nigh also some performance also provided. The staffs are very kind and helpful.

So far not many, but please provide the halal food also in the restaurant.

Cheeky reception and doorman

The rooms are very big and comfortable. Interesting style a lot of pools. House keeping is fast with making your room.

If you book a room through Booking.com the receptionist tries to trick you into getting a room without a pool view on to the street. There is a discrimination if you do not book directly with the hotel. After complaing, the next day I got a pool view. Uber does not seem to work from the hotel or island and you get ripped off by double price for the taxi to the airport. I wanted to get a number for a taxi from the reception but they insisted to get the taxi from the door man who is very obnoxious, makes fun of your size and calles you chief. I was alone and did not need a mini van to go the airport for 59 euros. Gym does not have free weights and spa is for an additional cost.

Lovely hotel and look forward to returning but would need a guarantee of the location of our room.

Hotel and facilities are excellent and breakfast was excellent also. Prices at pool bar were pretty reasonable. Service and staff were all lovely.

Hotel and the grounds are very large and perhaps not too great for people with mobility problems. I also found the lighting in areas quite poor eg corridors to rooms which again would be a problem for people with sight problems. Some of the rooms are not too private and/or looking into trees and foliage which I do not like but we had a lovely sunny room with fairly private balcony but it was quite a walk to it and we did experience noise from the apartment above.

Great location and facilities, but needs the finishing touches for a 5 star

great facilities and location . spotlessly clean

The breakfast area is too large and crowded with a buffet which is not of the highest quality. Also not tea and coffee making facilities in the room which I would expect from a 5 star.

Thanks for a wonderful holiday

The resort is beautiful, with wonderful plants and trees everywhere. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the Meloneras beach and 15 minutes away from the dunes and town. The place is the cleanest ever. The staff is very well trained. The quality of the entertainment is extremely high, both day time classes and evening shows. The buffet is pretty high quality and very diverse. Underground parking is really useful. We even were offered a courtesy room to take a shower as our flight was delayed. The Spa is incredible albeit a bit expensive. Loads of activities for kids on offer. We were looking for a quiet vacation and this hotel clearly is not a party place.

This was an expensive stay so one can be demanding. There were some details that could improve overall comfort. For instance, the fridge is right by the bed and a bit loud. Luckily, you can turn it off if it bothers you. The electric box in the hallway hums a bit, although it isn't too disturbing. The design of the buildings, with long open hallways, means that the sound echoes and carries. I was woken up a few times by departing customers, cleaners or other noises. This could be avoided if there was a second door between the bathroom / wardrobe area and the bedroom / lounge area. Even a thick curtain could help. There are 6 pools but no free sauna / steam room.

Two fabulous stays under our belt; there'll be more to come!

Everything was just fabulous - staff, facilities, food (which is very reasonable for a Hotel of this rating). I haven't been paid to compliment Lopesan Villa del Conde like this; it just surpassed our expectations. We first stayed there in Feb for a week, loved it & returned for another week; as a result, we got an upgrade - muchas gracias! Now my Partner wants a 10day stay - it's back to work for me!!

I'm not a complainer by nature but there really was nothing.

Relaxing stay

overall a very enjoyable and would recommend. Good pool and facilities. Good breakfast. Good location. Staff were all pleasant.

only minor things: Some of the info from staff was incorrect e.g. told we had to wear trousers at the poolside bar for dinner but when we turned up everyone else was in shorts. The food at the poolside bar ,while well priced, wasnt great. Activities and breakfast needed to be pre-booked but that system didnt work smoothly. some were overprescribed and we couldn't fully participate when we turned up even though we had booked. Breakfast was in two locations and we were told both were identical offerings. but on the last day we went to the main location and it had a better offering like honeycomb and sparkling wine which we didnt have in the other location we had been using for most of our stay
