When I checked in to the hotel, the feeling was strange. This is a very large resort, a lot of rooms but there is no clear instructions to show where is your room, I spent almost more than 15 mins to get into my room with no assistance from any front desk staff. I would classify the experience to find your room is horrible.
To be fair, the breakfast and dinner is very good, and there is live entertainment at night which is awesome. Enjoy really much on the food and shows. I will give a full mark here.
Very difficult to find your room, no assistance, no direction. At the time when I arrive, no electricity but the staff told me when I ask.
