Modern hotel, very well located. Rooms very nice and comfortable. Very good food choices. Lovely pool and amenities. Fantastic staff. Lots of activities and variety.
The air conditioning could be a little stronger in some of the common areas and in the bedrooms.

The pools were nice, especially the adult pool. Staff was very nice too.
The food was the worst I’ve ever had in any all inclusive resort or cruise. Seriously, the quality was terrible.

The hotel is very big and beautiful and there are many locations for taking pictures. Id like the view of my room.
There were many things that I didn’t like about this hotel.
First, the air conditioner in our room was not working. We informed the staff twice and asked them to fix it, but they ignored our requests. As a result, we had to sleep for two nights without air conditioning. Only on the last day did they send someone to repair it.
The meal schedule was also very disappointing. For example, dinner was supposed to be available until 9:30 PM, but the staff started clearing everything away at 9:00 PM. If you arrived at 9:15 PM, there was almost nothing left to eat.
The bar closed at 11:15 PM, which felt too early for an all-inclusive resort.
In addition, the staff did not change our bed sheets during our stay.
Another disappointment was the bar service. The staff did not prepare cocktails for guests. Instead, they simply gave you a shot of alcohol and expected you to mix it yourself with soft drinks from an automatic machine.

Communication over email was poor, struggled to reach someone a few times.
First all inclusive resort that I have been to that the fridge was empty. Considering the hot weather not even cold water in the fridge. You have to hire an Iron around €31 euros ?. The spa facility although described as included you have to pay €10. The mid day pancakes sold at the bar you have to pay for at €3.50. Despite staying in the highest grade room in the hotel the all inclusive was still basic. Different staff said different things so conflicting messages. Difficult to get a bell boy so had to drag my heavy luggage myself to my room.
