Peaceful, calm, clean, very well projected - you have everything on hand. The, food and drinks very nice, basically just like everywhere on Gran Canaria.
In the beginning there was an awkward situation with people leaving their towels overnight to hold their sunbads and the staff hesitated to sort it out according to the hotel rules. We didn't really mind, we did not need to stay by the pool, but it influenced the atmosphere for couple of days - basically everyone around us was discussing it. Not sure, what happend, but one day sudenly the management sorted it out.

The room was large and spacious very nice terrace with a superbe view.
The bed , I was on my own and specifically requested a double bed, I end up up with a twin bed, I mention it to the receptionist or at least to make to 2 bed close to each as a king bed , sadly nothing was done about it I had one bed that never use , I needed a double bed .

The pool area was lovely, the hotel rooms were immaculately with very comfy beds. This was a handy location for the the beach and cafes etc in maspalomas and playa d’inglese (although we did find them quite run down).
We opted to stay All Inclusive. We were only staying for 3 days and thought it would be handy. Breakfast was nice, but we didnt enjoy the dinners. Much of it looked a bit sloppy for lack of a better word, just not very appealing and it wasn’t very tasty. Even the pizza wasn’t great. We were also disappointed to find that All inclusive also didnt include very maby different drinks. There is AI + and then there also drinks that everyone has to pay for, so we felt that was a bit misleading.

As always in hotels in Spain the breakfast room is very crowdy and noisy in fact it is like driving in rush hour in traffic but anyway OK. You just eat your breakfast and rush away.
The hotel is circular and we get room on third floor and we have not sun at the balcony for 1 minutes all the day, in fact we can not you use the balcony and the temperature in January is just 15-20 degrees and over the night the room was cold, but we complained and we get new much better room but we have to pay 200 euro for it, but anyway it was worth it. The hotel building is circular and it is always little bit windy around it.
