The large room.
The fact that you can walk in and out at anytime.
The karaokebar, pubs are noisy untill late times.
Can be disturbing if your room is faces to the front side.
The rooftop solarium for nudists is very quiet, however there are perverts sometimes.
It can be very disturbing for some people.

Only the location
Staff very unfriendly and unhelpful, lots of noise well until after midnight, when we asked to change rooms we were told to put up with it, as it was a “tourist area”; instead of cleaning the room, the staff merely moved things around; of the two lifts (far to few for a hotel of that size) one was out of order.
