Very old noisy 4star hotel - not recommendable

I had an ocean view room and liked the view - although i could not enjoy it fully, it was mega noisy - corner room, in front the gate to the trucks loading area, trash bins, ...Big room with a comfortable bed, which as well could not enjoy as no noise isolation in the room - all noises from neughbours, up and down and the right, passing by the corridor from elevator; staff almost not friendly not helping on asking - only 1 person was ok

already mentioned above - very noise place - including lobby; very old hotel, needs renovation for the prices they ask and 4star; i attached the shower...took all inclusive -very small variety of food, fast food for dinner, no local fish on the lunch or dinner, small cocktails...moreover, they cook where you sit, so you will smell all fried food when going out of it; small pool area and limited almost not existing green side...

AVOID AT ALL COST. If this is 100 euro a night property I am a Queen of England.

Location, decent pool area and very friendly restaurant staff ( not reception)

This facility might have had 4 starts in the 80s. doesn’t look at all as on the pictures especially the rooms! Outdated, dirty and just disgusting. Room with dirty floors, sheets, towels and just mind blowing filthy toilet. smell in the room and on around 1st floor area totally repulsive.

Eine erholsame Urlaub, den wir gerne wiederholen allerdings ohne all inclusive

Das Spa war gut, das Essen war ebenfalls gut.

Das All Inclusive ist ein sehr einfach gehaltenes, All Inclusive. Wenn man die Bars und die Restaurants in der Umgebung anschaut, reicht ein Frühstück. Die Klimaanlage war eher schwach.

Great hotel with very friendly Staff.

All staff very helpfull. great location making getting around easy. room lovely with great sea view. food was good infact it got even better as the week went on.

Drink menus for all inclusive needs to be more variety. and bar closes too early at 11am.

Very great place and staff outstanding

Different options for pool areas and food was very rich and variable.

Attention to detail of having the bathroom clean and ready. One day soap was missing but got refilled next day.

Perfect switch off and relax location Great Hotel,Superb staff and Amazing Zebra in the Reception.

it was Adults only, perfect location for a quiet week and switch off. The staff were amazing, super engaged with everyone. Really Really helpful. I would like to spotlight Jonathan at reception. He was super helpful and definitely went above and beyond with a little question I had. Thank You Johnathan x The Spa was Fab too xx

Nice for what we wanted, but wouldn't return for the food.

Room was nice, good aircon, comfy beds, nice balcony, and the tea/coffee tray was a nice touch. Rooftop terrace is lovely and quieter than the main pool. Staff are very nice, the lady on reception was helpful and amiable.

Food.... :( Breakfast was good, though hot offering wasn't up to much; lunch and dinner were basically the same foods, and not much choice. It was only warm at best, nothing was 'hot'. Salads, fruit, dessert, all good, but the mains were, like I said, limited and samey. We were there for 3 days so it didn't really bother us but, any longer than that, it would have been a problem. For the price we paid, it was satisfactory, but barely. Main pool sunbeds are packed together, there's no real 'privacy'. 10 Euros refundable beach towel charge is a bit 'untrustworthy' of the guests. If you want a change (a clean one), that's another euro.

This is the adults only address in canaries!

Firstly, the entire team in the hotel are always smiley; chatty , doing their best for your needs despite their busy schedule. This is one of the reasons I decided to extend my stay twice after my arrival: there was a positive vibe overall. The barmaids, waiters or waitresses , the receptionists . Everyone The same for the clientele: all descent , down to earth, nice. Of quality and not poche. The food in the resto is excellent , included in the price . Clean and big pool, a spa with professional masseuses. Yummy cocktails by the pool bar

The first floor of the hotel is occupied by a polyclinique that’s shut down now and its look is it very pleasant : like a deserted office space in the middle of this chique building

Lovely Stay

The staff was incredible especially one lady at the bar and gentleman working as an animator, they made us feel welcome. Food delicious, pools at the top looked amazing however could have been warmer. The main pool was quite big and warm. Rooms clean and a good size, cleaned daily.

The roof terrace is lovely🙂

No drinking water available. I asked for a glass of water from the jar of water in reception one day and was refused and told only guests checking in get a glass of water. I didn't get a glass of water on check in (having just paid over €1,500!). No water available in the dining room either. Only bottled water which is charged for.

Perfect for couples, Fantastic food selection will definitely stay again.

The hotel was bright & very clean, plenty of space in the room. The food was exceptional with a vast variety of choice to suit all tastes! The rooftop loungers were amazing, with mini pools to cool down in, and a bar to get refreshments at. We also needed to stay a little longer after check out and the staff were amazing in helping do that for us.

Coold and bad service.

The buffet was really good, both breakfast and dinner was very generous and tasty.

Upon arrival we got a plastic wrist bangle that was mandatory. The band cut in our arms and was very painful, and we were not allowed to remove the band from our arms we were told. Apparently treated as tourist cattle livestock. The rooms were exceptional cold below, 15degrees and the marble floor felt like ice clamps. The shower had a very small water jet of warm water only after 20mins flushing. Maspalomas during February can be 14 degrees warm during day time so we were very surprised when the front staff told us no heating was available for the guest rooms. Notable was that the reception and dining area held normal room temp! Really bad service..

The constant music and advertising going on at all times on the top sunroof. Remember, lots of your guests are retired couples and likes a little more soft music.

Good location, nice view!

The room looked newly renovated, comfortable bed, I was on 4th floor with beautiful sea view! Roof top terrace was nice with a bar. Coffee in the restaurant was best in town and even the all incl food was best of all the four hotels I've been around, wine and beer is included if you have full board. Restaurant staff, cleaning staff and reception were all friendly. Hotel is near one of the main bus stops, Tropical, where you can take buses in most of the directions. I can warmly recommend this.

My refridgerator didn't work when I came, but I called reception in the evening and they changed it next morning. So thank you for reacting fast!

This was a miserable place and I want my money back.

Honestly the location was clean and the staff was nice but that’s all that I can say.

The food offered was inedible, the liquor choices were bottom of the barrel, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the shower didn’t work right.

Spaa facilities.

I pay extra for sea view, they give me room on first floor and no view, and they said that I have to be happy because windows not on street. Before you pay making sure that they give you a wath they promise. Soup dispenser was broken.

great hotel with relaxing atmosphere. great location. will come again

I attended with my daughter for her 21st. the staff were lovely and even gave her chocolates and sparkling wine on her b day. the property was a great location to restaurants, bars, mini golf. it was clean and relaxed atmosphere. staff were friendly and welcoming. we liked the roof top bar, relaxing atmosphere. would be nice for some music. Unsure why it closes so early and why the opposite side is cordoned off- would be lovely view of the beach. overall great hotel, good location, clean and friendly staff. food was good selection and not limiting on all inclusive. will return again.

there was a lot of older people which was fine as were were not looking for a crazy holiday. we went out in the evening to some bars.

Amazing hotel just for the adults close to the beach ❤️

Hotel is on amazing location just 4 minutes from the Beach, 1 minute from Spar and in front of the hotel is bus stop. Hotel has very good food, every day was in different style, we enjoyed that idea. On the roof of the hotel is chill zone with the bar and small pool so if you wanted to read the book was perfect place.

i can say just 2 things. 1. temperature of the water in the shower was not stable. Was going from cold to hot every few seconds. 2. it’s missing labels of the food. I know looks like not important but believe me, in the end you are staying in front of mix bowls full of dressings and you don’t know what’s is in front of you, or they salty deserts are in the glass and usually was some foam, and you don’t know if is cheese, meat, fish foam.

It is not worth to pay for food there

It was not on a bad location. Africa, the receptionist was really kind. The cleaning stuff was always cheerful and kind.

Noisy rooms (you clearly hear everything from outside), poor quality of food, vegetables without taste, dirty plates (50% chance to get a clean one) Water is not free for dinner (3€??? for what). The older guy with glasses and grey hair in restaurant was really rude and humiliating to my boyfriend because he he couldnt wear shoes, because he broke his toe.
