The location was perfect, literally on the beach. Although not overly varied, the food was very good. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and the hotel itself was impeccably clean.
I have nothing negative to say about the hotel.

Perfect location, 1st beach line, modern style of venue, perfect staff.
We got free upgrade to bigger room as a surprise for our birthday.
Near all Cafés, fish fredurias and restaurants.
Sundes are not part of hotel service.

We enjoyed our stay at FAY mainly because how close it was to the beach. I would visit and book with them again in future. Also the room they gave us had the most spectacular view of the beach.
The menu was restricted as it had limited dishes. I would want them to ask guests of their dietary requirements in advance to design menu accordingly for the buffet.

The room was great as well as the location.
Generally clean.
Staff was attentive.
The breakfast is good but not outstanding.
Dinner was very bad. Poorly cooked dishes, cold, hard as stone pizzas. Really makes us feel like paying for the half board was a real waste of our money.
