The staff were so lovely to talk to, it felt they genuinely cared about making people happy, not just doing their job.
The staff also seemed to have a nice team connection between each other, which was lovely to see.
The carpet in our room needs a proper clean and the room was very cold, but we were warned the air on wasn’t 100%

Rooms as expected. Beds comfy. Rooms clean. Pet friendly, even a little welcome pack for the dog. Staff very nice.
Situated where the local roads are very difficult to cross. Maybe a little naive on our part but only there one night.
The breakfast was pretty good but the buns were very stale and inedible.

Very convenient for my needs and easy to find, staff are friendly and helpful
Had to pay extra for parking, this hotel is located next to M25 so will predominantly be used by drivers so parking should be included, breakfast is average
