Woken up twice at 3:00am and 3:30am by noisy adjoining room. Not a good experience getting up for work at 5:45am.

Overall a good hotel.
Parking is slightly expensive.
Location is great.
Condition of the room is good but they could make some improvements (toilet seat was chipped, toilet flush was slow and not flushing properly, shower was super noisy and the glass panel was a bit flimsy which made it a hazard).
Restaurant/bar is expensive (fish & chips £19+ is an exaggeration).

Having a reason to visit the Bexleyheath area quite often, I am spending quite a bit of time at the Delta. While the rooms (especially the bathrooms) are a little dated, they are clean and comfortable. Located close to the A2 makes getting around easy. Being just a short walk to Bexleyheath Broadway gives easy access to shopping and eating. The staff, front desk and bar, are wonderful and make even longer stays pleasant. Great value for money.

Overall my stay was pleasant but when you pay for one of their best rooms you don't expect it to be so tired. I've stayed here several times and it's always been high quality but the shabby rooms and mouldy shower tiles are a let down. In addition they have a dedicated section of the car park, but when you cross from the car park to the hotel, the journey through the passageways (which only goes to the hotel) stinks of wee and is full of rubbish and needles. I appreciate the car park is not theirs but as it's a dedicated walk way they should be clearing so as not to put off guests. Definitely this hotel is slipping standards and it won't be long before they are chasing guests.

We booked for one night, Christmas night, as the hotel is near our son. Staff were very friendly and let us check in early. The room was lovely and warm and clean and comfortable. Topped off with free parking!

Stayed one night for a family programme, room was very spacious for the both of us. The gym was great and accessible. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The only downside was the heating system in the room was faulty however the staff offered us x2 portable heaters and also the breakfast was a little pricey but overall I would stay again.

The room size was beyond my expectations, but the bathroom (shower mainly) wasn’t the cleanest and it had a weird cigarette smell throughout.
We had just gotten married so they provided complimentary breakfast which was nice - the breakfast was extremely tasty and the area was picturesque.

Clean hotel but in our bathroom shower dispenser was found empty and stayed empty the next day too.

Stayed in this hotel for a party. Rooms where clean and very spacious. Nice shower, and large bathroom. Good room facilities such as TV and hairdryers.

No refrigerator or air conditioning. Comforters on the beds instead sheets make it hot when sleeping without AC.

Wonderful weekend break friendly helpful staff. I am disabled and had a wonderful accessible room I would have liked a wet room so I could enter in my chair. Plenty of room in bar and restaurant without being a hinderance with my chair to other guests. lovely and clean throughout. Would reccomend.

Overall, very good though some facilities not too standard - door handle to bathroom, no instructions for coffee machine.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff are amazing and so helpful, and it's they who make this hotel great. We stayed here before when it was Marriott but now it's Delta it's like a poorer version. The rebranding and refurbishment is nice but the removal of fridges and aircon systems, the closure of the pool and replacing it with a gym all smack of cost cutting. The bar food is also quite average and uninspiring.

I reserved a superior room , upon checkin stated room was not ready while checkin was 2pm it’s about 3:15ish at his time, she explained to me they had 1 room available but couldn’t give it to me because it was reserved for someone else GO Figure! , after travelling for 2 hrs by trains and 45min Uber ride , kind of wanted to hear something positive , overall I did get a room but it was a lower standard , worse experience with no remorse , only problem is it’s only decent hotel in that area

A lovely hotel with welcoming reception staff. Rooms and facilities and breakfast all very good quality.
Quiet comfortable sleep and nice shower/bath room.
Only complaint was a barman closed earlier than meant to and only grudgingly served drinks 10minutes before closing time. Seemed a little petty/annoying.

Breakfast was awful. Hash browns were not just cold but chilled. Bacon also cold.
Not told I was being charged for parking.
Staff didn’t seem to care that the food was terrible, worst hotel I’ve stayed in this year despite the nice room.

My room was double booked due to a technical error. But from that point on the manager and front of house could not have been more accomodating, arranging a local hotel and transport to and from. Mistakes happen, but how this was handled was a credit to the staff.

Cold rooms and bathrooms in Dec

Rooms are big. I used one bedroom king size and it was very large room for one person. Big TV (x42), tea and coffees in the room.
Especially the desk and chair in the room for remote working helped me so much, large and comfortable.
Very close to market and public transport. I used several markets and prices are very low then centre of London.
Used bus, train to move from there. Not so far away.
Organised the World Cup Football match watching in local bar. Nice to meet new people and cheer for favourite team.

Positive things first - the staff were very good, from the pre-check in communication that sorted us out with neighbouring rooms and rollaway beds to the swift responses to the minor issues raised during our stay. Breakfast was also very good with the buffet style hot options, omelette chef, waffles and pancake maker.
The downside was the room itself. It was apparently built in the early 90’s, and feels like it was from the 80’s. It was very cold overnight, and the bathroom was an icebox come the morning (complete with freezing floor tiles). There is in room heating, but it sounds like an engine when running so no good overnight. Bath and shower had a very Travelodge-esque feel. Bed was new and comfy, and flatscreen TV was a more modern touch, but unfortunately the underlying fabric of the hotel needs an overhaul.

I had a friendly welcome and the room was very spacious and clean, and bed was very comfortable. I couldn’t adjust the height of the desk chair which meant I couldn’t work at the desk (and I had work to do!). I couldn’t work out how to get the shower to be any temperature other than cool. And the choice of tea in the room didn’t include any ordinary tea. Relatively minor things, but a bit disappointing. I would have advised reception when I checked out, only the receptionist never asked me how my stay was.

Clean and conformable room. Friendly staff. Simple checkin. Easy on site parking £7 for 24 hrs. Did not try breakfast but room service menu had good variety and reasonable prices. Shame they are closing down the pool from December.
