Disappointing
I liked the room in general it was a nice enough size, the bed was comfy and we was provided with the balcony I asked for when I booked
The fact that I was provided with 1 toilet roll, my tv didn’t work during the period of my stay and the fact when I went to have a coffee/tea in the morning my mugs were absolutely filthy. They had not been changed previously and was stuck to the side by the coffee machine and was sticky inside! Disgusting you would think that there cleanliness would be top priority especially after COVID

Luxurious & supportive
The staff were incredible from the moment I called to explain the reason for my visit, until I left. Sim was so supportive & understanding on the phone & Claire looked after me by name & in person for my whole stay. I felt extremely supported & looked after which made my whole experience much easier as a solo guest. My room was incredible!!!! I never wanted to leave!! Stunning suite!! Would certainly return.
I was next to a crying baby which I could’ve done without given my circumstances but c’est La vie

Overall fantastic stay.
From the moment we walked through the doors the desk staff were friendly and helpful. Claire is definitely made for the job, she was pleasant to speak too. The room was very clean and a nice size. Breakfast had a great variety. The added extras were a bonus: after my husband run the marathon we came back to staff congratulating him and a little gift in the room.

Was decent
it smelled good. And was very clean. The staff was great some not all, good location the rooms and hotel smelled so good and the environment was super clean. We had to pay for breakfast but it was really nice.
you had to pay for everything there. The ac was absolutely ridiculous I don't know if it was London ac or something. Once you leave the room they don't make the beds. In all the sinks the drain was not working. Probably wouldn't come back

A centrally located hotel with good breakfast and helpful staff.
We wanted to be in the centre of town for a friend's party, so the hotel's location was ideal. The breakfast was good, with a wide choice. The staff were helpful and friendly.
On arrival, I was asked for photo ID to check in, which is apparently a Met Police requirement. I have no problem with that, but there was no advance warning of that requirement in any of the numerous emails I received from the hotel and Booking.com in advance. I don't carry my Driving Licence with me (and in any case it is the old paper type with no photo), and I didn't have my Freedom Pass as we came by car. I was then told that my debit card used to make the booking (with my name but no photo) would suffice - but I now always pay using my phone, so I didn't even have that card. Basically,my point is just that customers should be advised clearly and prominently in advance of the Met Police requirement. The room was very hot, even though all the heating controls were on zero before we arrived. I could still feel warm air was coming in the heating vent, even though the room was hot. We were facing a busy roundabout, so we couldn't leave windows open at night because of traffic noise. The staff did offer to move us to another room, but we were late for our party, so has to stay where we were. It shouldn't happen that warm air is being pumped into a hot room, though! It was like sleeping in an airless greenhouse.
