Great staff both check in and when in the restaurant. Savanna on reception was really efficient and helpful and your assistant manager who was serving in the restaurant was awesome and looked after our group of 11 really well.
Lights not working in bathroom of the room I was in, and still a little over priced for the night

Check in was straightforward and swift. The receptionist extremely helpful in booking local taxis when BOLT and UBER didn't work well. (It was Edingburgh Fringe and Tattoo season)
Staff in the 'spa' were very helpful also, not withstanding my comments re the spa.
The Leonardo 'Murrayfield' is a tad misleading. We were attending a concert at the Murrayfield stadium which is a good 2 miles away, ok to walk to in the daylight not so good at night.
We chose to have breakfast on one morning, we went in at 09:10 and there was absolutely nothing left to eat bar some very dried up scrambled egg. The receptionist came to try and sort it out and the kitchen did produce some fresh offerings, just in time for the restaurant to close and the servers have their breakfast!! Very poor!
We visited the SPA for a swim and a relaxing Sauna. The SPA is very, very tired and poorly maintained. There were baby and toddler swimming lessons going on too, so not at all relaxing.
