The location near the airport couldn't have been better. The host pointed us to a truly superb Chinese restaurant within a 1 block walk away. The room and the bathroom were the largest we had while in Scotland, the bed very comfortable. We learned too late that the airport bus stop was just up the block and would have saved us some $$$ spent on taxis.

Friendly, helpful, clean and comfortable
Front room - probably a bit more traffic noise than I anticipated but did not stop me sleeping.
Stairs to room were a bit steep but owners graciously helped me.

Close to airport, great parking behind the property. Easy access to central Edinburgh, both by car and bus.
Breakfast was minimal, but not expected, so OK.
