bon séjour avec un accueil super du personnel. au top

il est très proche du centre ville et de ses musées. on peut tout faire à pied.

la literie, le matelas était dur mais pour quelques jours cela faire l’affaire

I will never stay again in a première class hotel.You should change your name!

Only the location ,and breakfast wasn't too bad.

The woman receptionist wasn't nice at all. The air conditionning didn't work in the room ,probably for a long time! It was hot in the room as the outside temperature had been exceptionally high in the previons days. I left the window opened but didn't refresh enough the room as the window is small..

Pleasant

I HATED the 3rd degree questioning the rest of my family received when I and my vegan wife found there were no vegan options for breakfast. We bought in our own vegan cereal and coffee and oat milk yet my companions were questioned at length to make sure that we hadn't used the hotel's breakfast foods...'tres petit' and deffinetly not good!

Excellent for an overnight stop - why pay more!!!!

convenient location with parking, friendly English speaking receptionist (when we checked in at 17.15), lift access, and plentiful good quality breakfast (for the price - a bargain at 6eu/person). very clean room, compact as expected at this price (48eu in late Feb!!!) but perfect for an overnight stop.

solid hotel. has a receptionist, nice elevator, convenient to highways and town. excellent price for bathroom in the room. fair TV channel selection

ENJOYABLE

Such a warm welcome, the room was spotlessly clean and the disabled bathroom was the best I have ever been in. Very quiet throughout our stay yet there was a couple of large groups staying. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the lady who seemed to run the hotel and her staff.

There was nothing to dislike.

Good value for money, especially as breakfast was included ( Continental "eat as much as you can "!).

1) Automatic check in machine did not work so we had to wait outside until 5pm and the booking in staff became available. 2) Our digital key cards had to be recharged several times during our 4 days stay, resulting in us being locked out of the hotel several times. 3) We had reserved a "triple room " (1 double bed + 1 single bed) but were allocated a room with only a double bed (both same price). When we requested what we had reserved we were told that this was not possible as the hotel was full.
