wonderful location right on the beach, buffet breakfast was good and there was great atmosphere at the hotel
The only negative was the TVs did not work for any guest I spoke to. This in no way impacted on our enjoyment but as they facilities include TVs I think this needs to be removed or the problem rectified

This is about our 5th stay at Veranda. We love the rooms, the staff, being right on the beach, the breakfast, you can walk to Market Village and the family atmosphere. It's never too busy.

Location .
Staff not a friendly as what you would expect more so the afternoon staff beach front restaurant. If you don’t greet them you’re lucky to get a smile. I don’t know this is because the restaurant is open to the public as well.
Cleaning of room average. Stained bedding. Bedding very uncomfortable. Breakfast below average. Really lacking variety.
