Best of the Best in Hua Hin

The absolute best breakfast, best pool, wonderful view , fabulous location and warm friendly staff.

The only thing - and it’s a small thing was we didn’t use our room pool much because the water was cool compared to the main pool and ocean. That’s our choice and not really a negative . This is a marvellous hotel.!

As a final balance, too much OVERPRICED for the actual stay experience in the end totally ruined by the bitter taste lef

+ nice rooms and luxury facility + nice service - every call and they arrive immediately + location is good although far (10 min walk) from anything + food is good (breakfast)

- no beach (the tides cover all the send in front of the hotel) - the room pool water is very cold (positioned in the shade under the balcony roof all day long) - small facility - not much to do in the hotel (restaurants close quite early, at new eve party the buffet (already a questionable choice for this kind of event) was stopped at 10/10.30pm) - “lack of class” - as soon as we leave the room a maid asks if we are off to check out. Purpose was to check if we took something from the room and in result they asked us to pay a cotton laundry bag 12$ ( be careful not taking anything- flipflops are like 20$ or more while mb worth 1$). This internal process is very efficient and more important an excellent way to get a bad review… - no see view and no view at all from the room

Well worth the money as it is on the beach and the food is always great

The room was more then I expected it to be. It was relaxing and comfortable for the times that you need to get away from the sun. The pool in the room was a great welcome when you were just trying to avoid the heat.

The fact that when you leave the room the AC would turn off. I understand this function but it was extreamly hot when you return. We got an extra key for the time that we were there to get around this issue.

Excellent, really comfortable hotel

Very comfortable large first floor room with private splash pool (which was a bit chilly so we only used it twice). The huge bed was really comfortable and we had great nights sleeps. Everything else we experienced in the hotel was really good - breakfast was fab, staff were all excellent and always very attentive. Especially Kris, the pool guy. There were always loads of sun beds available and the main pool was beautiful warm and uncrowded. It’s right on the soft white sand beach - we got up to watch the sunrise with the local monks walking by to collect the breakfast.

Drinks and food in the hotel are a little expensive compared to outside the hotel and hence the hotel bar and restaurant were very quiet.

location, environment, decor, cleanliness, staff and rooms. the rooms were large with great decor and amenities

pool was too cold. breakfast buffet options were limited and not too great. not the most private resort and most rooms don’t have a great view

Nice hotel but zero atmosphere

the bedroom was amazing

the pool area in the bedroom wasn’t clean, it was also freezing. this should be explained in the advertising as we wouldn’t have booked the pool if we had known. There is also little atmosphere at this hotel so we wouldn’t book again

AWESOME for Stay

Loved the size of the room which was large and comfortable, had a nice and clean pool, but the top awning got stuck when turning out. comfortable big bathroom There is a bath tub to soak in. The water temperature is right.

Actually, there's nothing that I don't like at all. But there will be one thing that must be noted, which is breakfast, the line of food is quite small.

overall the place so nice and cozy i love the service provide and the hotel is very private

the room and the stay went well therefore the set back is they over charged me one more night as i did not bring along the credit card as i booked therefore the desk personal told me it will be refunded within 2 weeks but it has been passed 3 weeks and i had not received my refund

Amazing hotel, would definitely come back!

Amazing rooms with a private pool, extremely friendly staff, amazing breakfast, almost nothing to fault.

The view from the room was onto some Football field which looked abandoned with really ugly fencing, not the nicest view. If you care about this try to get a room from 100-200. The bad view will be visible from 300-400.

Excellent breakfast and location is also nearby to shopping malls such as Bluport and Market village. Lots of 7eleven also nearby.
