L'emplacement, central et à proximité d'un grand parking public payant. Le mobilier et le lit confortable. L'architecture de l'appartement, la présence d'une cafetière et d'une bouilloire. Une élégance générale. Petit-déjeuner dans un bar voisin, comme c'est souvent le cas, avec un bon choix de viennoiseries.
Le spa de la chambre était inutilisable en raison d'un débit d'eau insuffisant, qui aurait nécessité des heures pour le remplir. L'appartement étant situé au rez-de-chaussée, le bruit de la rue peut être gênant.

Struttura situata in posizione abbastanza centrale, comunque vicinissima al centro di Vieste e ubicata a pochi minuti a piedi dal grande parcheggio "Lungomare Vespucci".
Ambienti ampi, puliti ma non molto illuminati (non potendo intervenire sulla fenestrazione originale dell'immobile).
Il letto e i servizi sono ubicati sul soppalco in legno al piano primo; il bagno è molto ampio, comodo, mentre il lavandino e una seconda doccia sono situati all'esterno del locale bagno, distanziati comunque dal letto. Al pianterreno si trova il vero grande plus, la piscina, perfetta per il caldo estivo ma fruibile anche in inverno grazie al sistema di riscaldamento. Ottimo il sistema di raffrescamento.
La colazione è abbastanza buona, convenzionata con un'attività terza esterna alla struttura.
Una lode ad Isabella, la ragazza solare che si occupa della gestione dell'attività. Nonostante le tantissime cose da fare e i diversi servizi ricettivi di cui si occupa, è stata puntuale per il check-in, ed ha avuto cura di spiegare nel dettaglio la stanza e i servizi, dispensando inoltre informazioni per vivere al meglio il soggiorno a Vieste.
Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
La struttura in generale va bene.
Consiglio, per il futuro, di fornire un set di biancheria da bagno aggiuntivo - oltre che un tappeto - per la fruizione della piscina e di attenzionare la porta del bagno poiché lascia filtrare un po' d'acqua dalla soglia.

Location is great - next to the port, close to the beach and old town.the host and owner Yuri was trying very hard to make our stay pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. There were slippers and bathrobes in the room. Breakfast was pretty good- eggs, yogurt, rolls, sweets, a few slices of cold cuts and cheese. It was brought to the room at the time we requested.
We booked two rooms - the King and a Suite with hot tub in each. It was quite a surprise to find out that They were in different buildings and even streets although not too far from each other Both rooms are like caves - entrance from the street directly into the room, no windows to open, but a huge hot tab in one room and a hot tub and an extra shower in another. The rooms are very dark - no natural light in King room and very little in Suite. Even though there is an A/C it took a few minutes to get used to the humidity in the room when first got in. Suite is just by name as there no rest area, just the bed, little table with 2 chairs and a huge hot tub. We were only given 1 key for each room even though we asked for a second one. The bath towels are very small and thin.There is no common place to eat breakfast ( only in the room) and socialize. I would not recommend this place except for the young couples whose main purpose is to enjoy hot tub.
