The activities that they have for the kids and how safe the complex is.
Not enough sunbeds for everyone to enjoy.
Instead of having 3 tennis courts and only one in use. The kids would have an even more amazing time with a football pitch.

Have been several times, love the location for peace and quiet with town a 5 min taxi ride away
The washing machine was a top loading Bernard one, did not wash clothes or rinse properly
