Très bel hôtel avec un service digne d’un 5 étoiles. Le restaurant de la plage est également bien placé et le personnel est professionnel.

Pas beaucoup de choix sur la carte du bar jazz. Il manque une salade césar pour compléter la carte.

Superb

The pool is complicated. You need to take a compulsory shower to get in and to get out but you carry your stuff, clothes and books. Not practical at all.

It's definitely not a 5 stars hotel!

The breakfast was the highlight! Good and fresh products and very gently and kind staff there!

some examples: # The family room have no privacy making the kids routine at evenings very tough. # The staff was not always nice and kind with us. They have left us at the beach waiting the shuttle for almost 40 minutes with 4 kids. We booked our pick up time and they simply vanish in the fin air without giving us notice. #On the day of arrival it was 2pm and we had no linch so far. They offered us to have dinner at the beach club and they would call to give a heads up. We arrived there at 02:45 and got no food. They told us the kitchen closed at 14:30. They didn't make an exception as advised at the reception upon our arrival... they were very unfriendly and zero empathy to our situation. We didn't for a 3 course menu but some snacks or salad at least for the kids but no. We got nothing. there is more...

Fantastic wines and a great hotel

Great winery and hotel. The wine is brilliant. Great restaurant on site. Breakfast selection was excellent.

Friendliness at the beach restaurant can be better but the food made up for it. The driver of the shuttle can drive a bit slower..... Ordered an omelette for breakfast but still waiting for it....

Superb stay at a beautiful winery winery

This was our second stay in 4 weeks - the property is stunning with views of the vineyards and beyond- the rooms are clean and tastefully decorated- the facilities are superb and the staff friendly and accommodating- we will definitely return

Poor communication lead to disappointing stay.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Nice wine tasting experience from informative and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast.

We were notified about construction the day before check in when it was inconvenient to change plans. There were no signs indicating how to get to reception. There was a lot of confusion. Correspondence prior to our visit mentioned that the main restaurant would be closed for dinner but that the Jazz bar would have food. Food at the Jazz bar included only cold charcuterie items. A limited room service menu was available. We drove 15 mins to Narbonne Plage to have dinner. At check out, management insisted that we had been warned of the construction at the time of booking. Staff politely corrected the manager. Reception is to the right in the attached picture behind forklift.

Comfortable room, outstanding staff and breakfast, supper to be avoided.

Breakfast was outstanding, plenty of choice and top quality. Bed was very comfortable and room was very spacious. Location was quiet. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and clearly like their jobs. They were very helpful.

Construction between parking and reception That hotel advertises 2 pools but the second pool is at the villas which is a separate area and only available to villa residents. The exceedingly over priced and poor to mediocre supper we had at the property.

Lovely location, great for walking and exploring, friendly staff and good accomodation.

The location was excellent. The services and facilities very good. We visited off-season so perhaps didn't get the vibe of activity. However, our stay was lovely.

Extraordinary and inspiring experience

The global style is out of the ordinary, super charming, and with a strong character in the south of France. The surroundings are so beautiful, you are always around wine grapes, I strongly recommend long walks, where you will find hidden gems to take breaks or enjoy the view. The spa is very cozy. The food was delicious at every meal, and the wine tasting is a must-do, as the sommeliers are very knowledgeable and inspiring. Each member of the staff has always a smile and is there to help you.

The rooms were nice and clean, vines were a pleasant outlook & breakfast was nice.

most photos show the beach and a restaurant/bar at the beach. none of that was open nor was it close to the actual hotel. There was a huge plastic marquee set up in front of the main pool completely blocking the view of the vines, I enquired at check out as to what it was and was told that it had been for a staff party and how good it was.. *the picture I have added is the only outdoor spot to have a drink now, under plastic.. *other photo is of tent where view should be. *no offer of compensation for any of this Also, considering huge hill directly behind the resort that’s covered in gigantic phone towers there is barely any reception.

Pleasant but nothing overwhelming

I thought the property was beautiful. It was nice to receive a welcome cocktail.

I think the pool on the website is misleading. There are two pools and the one they feature overlooking the vines is a PAID pool. Not the same as what you get. Also, the beach concept makes zero sense. We drove our car to their beach and it’s a very strange setup. Because of these things, they are getting a lower rating.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful place

The staff were wonderful. We were given an upgrade for our room and it was a beautiful suite. The wine tasting at the boutique was incredible. Great wines! The pool was warm and inviting. We had an amazing dinner on the beach. It could not have been any better.

A Good End to a Great Tour of Southern France

the location was amazing, the room was great, the shuttle between the chateau and the beach - lovely pool and seating area. Wine tasting - wow lovely local wines beach restaurant is good at lunch and evening.

Couldn’t get any Spa treatments, one of the restaurants was shut & despite staying 2 nights in a suite - we couldn’t get a table in the on site restaurant.

Lunch and dinner options were limited. Beef cannelloni on room service menu was not enjoyable and extremely overpriced

The staff are exceptionally friendly and could not have done more for us. as it was our honeymoon we received a very significant room upgrade and complimentary champagne.

unfortunately the restaurant on site was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday but the beach restaurant is very good and there is complimentary shuttles to the beach restaurant / bar. .

value for money! would definitely visit again

The room was massive and really comfortable. Staff were so friendly (especially at the restaurant and wine store) and there was a very adorable lady at the art store selling paintings and crafts! we didn’t manage to catch any tours as we were there during off peak season. but the property was breathtaking and stretches as far as the eyes could see!

the people at the reception didn’t communicate accurately. in particular on the day of arrival in regards to the restaurants. they didn’t forward an e-Mail send by us days before our arrival to the F&B manager or Chef in the restaurant.
