Room was good with air con working. there was no window however. Breakfast was great. The staff at reception were very polite and gave me early check in which i really appreciate. The locaiton of this hotel is superb. The people around are very supportive and helpful if we need any assistance. This seems to be part of rich culture of phillipines. Appreciate the lovely people around us whether staff at desk or restaurant or at the main gate of hotel.
I wished there was window in my room. but that did not matter much as there is not much of problem. the staff is good and is ready to solve any issue.

Location and staff. Upper deck restaurant was nice and service was good.
Over the years we see it falling into disrepair and a lack of maintenance. Stained carpets, low and cold water pressure.
