It's accessible sa taxi and the place is not so much old. Ang hospitable ng mga staff sa front desk, sa bar naman and the manager/supervisor ba yun sa restaurant hospitable din. Thank you sa housekeeping staff for always cleaning our room everyday automatically. Keep up the good work.

smoking area should not close to the hotel or not beside the restaurant because every time there are guests will come in and out the restaurant in the left corner there's door there don't know how to called it there because i can smell the smoke of the cigarette also my daughter did notice it I don't know if there are other guests did noticed it. Stain in the bathtub don’t know the other rooms. Wifi so slow. They give us the wifi code but it's not working in our room. I noticed your OT in the restaurant they are not attentive to their guests also there's a time yung mga staff mismo sa restaurant dont know if regular employee na sila di rin gaano attentive. Most of the time we are the one will approach them to order our food. Please orient them po mga employees nyo sa restaurant waiter/waitress, bar staff especially mga OJT nyo orient them the proper ways of handling guests and Service Etiquette. Not only that po na notice ko there's a time nag "tabi" sila near in the cashier area/bar area. My peace of advice lang po it hone it will not hannen to other quacts

Only the staff was good .

Dirty pool ,dirty rooms , we got poked by bedbugs on our eyes .Very small window.They call it grand deluxe room but super bad .I dont think we will use there again .They only keep reception area super good .Our friends room was even much more worst .Electric plugs put on strange way so was difficult to charge the phones and other things .

no window, it's like suffocating, expensive breakfast but not tasty

could have been better if we have a window to oversee as we have a toddler

I like that the staff are very accommodating to our needs especially when requesting for an iron.

The elevator didn't work for a couple of hours
