I loved everything about the room. It has everything to accomadate my needs. I didn't realize I did not need to overpack or overspend with house-hold items because they already provided it there. It was spacious. The TV in the living room was quite amazing and had a lot of up to date and nice features.
There was a bit of an insect problem, like a lot of ants. Few other bugs too.

The unit is exceptional and the owner Gayle is most helpful.
She has a large array of drinks & provisions available run on an honesty basis , if you use them .

Unit has everything one needs .
Positioned within easy walking distance to Ayala Mall & some great other restaurants .
Cebu city is spread over a large area and although there are many forms of transport available to commute it feels a little daunting to hail them & to explain where one wishes to go.
The pool area and city view from there is stunning but it desperately requires more loungers and chairs with small tables .
6 pieces is Totally inadequate for the amount of units in the 28 storey building .
