Lots of kids activities
It was very over priced and the rooms were not worth the price you pay. Also you have to pay extra for all the kids activities or to even use a pool table, which was a scam after paying 2,000$ for 2 small bedrooms

Easy check in and friendly staff. Overall great facilities with lots of variety
Some of the facilities are perhaps getting a bit old (bowling) and pool could be bigger - was a bit crowded

Incredible experience. But as amazing as the facility is, the staff was exceptional! Everyone. From check-in, to the super-dome, to the dinner host, and pool ladies…everyone went above and beyond for the kids.

It is a prime location with beautiful scenery and views.The swimming pools and the amenities are great and entertaining.
The staff in the restaurants and the reception not friendly, it maybe a cultural reason but they hardly smile and don’t make you feel welcoming. The other major issue is that the apartments are not baby proof . For example, there is not a central switch to turn the cooker off and the babies can easily turn on the hobs if the parents are not around for a few seconds. This is a major hazard and need to be addressed.
