It is obvious they invested a lot in decorations and works of art, the hotel looks like a museum. And they brag about it at every step. One can walk on all floors and admire paintings, decorations, hunting trophies, etc. Even an elevator is heavily decorated inside.
The location is perfect for a one night stop on the way to Greece.
One main reason I chose this hotel was to be able to enjoy relaxing by the pool, after driving for several hours. Only to find out when I arrived there, that the pool was closed for maintenance works between 10-21 of August! Right in the middle of the peak season they have repairs to do! And worse, there was NO information about it anywhere (booking.com, their own website, etc). Only an information written on paper in Bulgarian only (!!) displayed at the reception, so no possibility to know about this major inconvenience upfront.
The reception staff was terrible! I could only interact with 2 trainees, I think they were under the age of 20, that could barely understand English. I had to repeat one question 3 times till I finally got my answer. For a 4 star hotel, having such personnel for reception is absolutely not acceptable!

Un loc perfect pentru un sejur de 3 zile . Aici oprim întotdeauna să mâncăm … acum am dormit pentru prima dată dar vom reveni și anul viitor.

It has a parking lot right in front of the entrance.
The receptionist was really helpful and answered all questions.
It mentions there’s a buffet but we were offered a menu to choose from to order something for breakfast which doesn’t really cover the value of the so mentioned breakfast included in my stay
