Location
A lot of food places within walking distance

They run a shuttle every hour from 8am -9pm
Free Breakfast was great 7-10am
And lunch menu delicious with several options , large serving,all 80 baht around $4 AU. 11am-3pm

The environment of the hotel itself was quite beautiful. The pools, the pathways towards the rooms, all the surroundings and decoration looked nice. Breakfast was nice. The restaurant next to the hotel is great. And there was a nice big mirror in the room.
The hotel rooms themselves were quite lackluster inside.
First, it took way too long for the staff to allow us to go to our room. We waited at least 30-40 minutes longer before being called to get to our room (we arrived early but spent time elsewhere until the the time they said they would release our room. it took even longer after their provided time). Finally getting to our room, it had just been cleaned, but the floor was sticky and there were a lot of ants on top of the table. There were no elevators where we were (we walked a lot until we reached our hotel room and, at least, they provide the service to bring our heavy luggage there, but it surprised me that they had to climb three flights of stairs to reach our room, poor them). The bed and the blankets were just alright in terms of comfort. Secondly, the air conditioner had a problem and it was quite weak at first (we called the staff and they also had trouble to fix it). There were no hand towels (at all). The TV didn't work either (we tried multiple channels that worked in other hotels). Then, the shower pressure was quite weak and both the shower heads felt unstable (the high one, close at the ceiling, only released cold water while the low weak one was a bit too hot and often alternated in strong or weak pressure). Besides, we also felt like the staff had a bit of trouble informing us about things (e.g. we asked about the free transfer to the ao nang beach and they kind of were too vague and we missed it, and some other times we asked some other info and they had a bit of trouble with specifics or guiding us correctly or things took way too long and they didn't warn us ahead). They were kind enough, though, we also were gentle back (always!), but we felt a bit confused (not even because of the language barrier because in other hotels we had no issues whatsoever).
