Rudest manager ever

Great breakfast(but the coffee was salty) and nice room.

There is no aircon at the restaurant and reception. But the worst was when checking out. On our first night, we ordered 2 burguers from the hotel restaurant, and they we're terrible, the meat was of the lowest quality, with lots of fat, nerves and other hard things inside the burguer, we didn't eat it and threw in the rubbish. On the day after, we communicated it to the staff at the reception, who apologised and said she would talk to the restaurant. 2 days later, on our checkout, we were charged the full price for the burguers. After some struggle to communicate with the reception staff, they called the manager, who was the rudest person ever, clearly doubting that we didn't ate the burguers, even questioning why didn't we complain on the same night (it was past 08:30pm, we were tired from a full day and with no appetite after biting the awful burguers) Very reluctant, she offered a 50% discount and was clearly mocking us to her staff in their language. I said that I would pay full price if necessary, but wouldn't be happy with it and that the right thing to do would be not to charge us for the terrible meal they served. She kept an ironic face and said that was the best she could do. It's a shame. The hotel is nice, but I can not recommend an accommodation where the manager mocks the guests because of an authentic complaint. At no moment did the manager apologise or seem worried about our terrible experience

We hadden een ruime kamer met een fijn balkon. Het zwembad was heerlijk met een mooi uitzicht. De roomservice was goed (wel traag)

De extreme hitte in de receptie en de gangen waardoor het naar urine rook.

Really good moneys worth

Location is nice, it’s a bit out from main ao nang but it’s only a 5 minute scooter away. The beaches here are not nice to swim at anyway. The rooms were very large with all nice views. Nice pool but on the x all side. Breakfast was pretty good too. Worth paying for. Cleaning was good.

The beds were pretty horrific. Double was not double, it was two singles put together so it didn’t really function as a double and they were rock hard. The pillows were awful.

Ideal para unos días de relax

Una habitación enorme con vistas increíbles y comodidad absoluta. Una zona muy tranquila sin estar excesivamente lejos del bullicio.

El personal no fue super amable, no ayudando al entendimiento ni siquiera en inglés. Hablan muy poco o apenas nada pero tampoco hacen ningún esfuerzo si ves que no les estás entendiendo para que lo puedas hacer.

Smuk udsigt til bjergene. Stille sidegade.

Outdated hotel. Meget hårde senge. Værelset meget varmt, og svær at nedkøle, da man kun fik udleveret en nøgle. 2. nøgle kan udleveres mod et depositum på 500 TB. Manglende tryk på vand i bruser.

Agradable estadía en la costa de Andaman

Hotel muy agradable, habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas, desayuno variado, instalaciones limpias, vista muy linda desde el balcón

Queda más alejado, pero en 20 min caminando se llega al centro. Tiene traslados a 2 horarios, pero nadie nos dijo, lo supimos leyendo comentarios (ida playa: 10 y 14 hrs, vuelta 12 y 16 hrs). Problemas con el aseo de la habitación, volvimos a las 15.30 de un tour y aun no estaba la habitación lista, tuvimos que avisar.

Very good stay in Ao Nang.

Rooms were cleaned every day, good views from hotel. The best breakfast we had in Thailand.

WiFi could be better. I had to sometimes switch to mobile when working remotely.

Perfect!

Room was massive, bed was very comfortable. Facilities great, room cleaned every day. Nicest place we’ve stayed by far in our 5 weeks in Thailand. Would definitely stay again.

It was about a 20 min walk from the beach, but the hotel offered a shuttle service for free, making it really easy.

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel, smaczne śniadania. Ładny widok z balkonu. Lokalizacja trochę na uboczu - z dala od zgiełku głównej ulicy, a jednocześnie bardzo blisko. W pobliżu znajduje się mnóstwo restauracji, sklep spożywczy, salony masażu :)

Basen wymaga delikatnego odświeżenia i większego pilnowania czystości :)

Really nice hotel but would stay closer next time

Lovely hotel, big, spacious rooms and it’s not too far from everything but it is just on the outskirts of the busy main strip and about a 20 minute walk

The pool looks bigger than it was, but it was still good, not a lot of sun loungers Staff weren’t very helpful when trying to book a transfer to the airport

Overall recommend to stay.

Beautiful garden where you might have breakfast. Breakfasts are good, with fresh vegetables and hot meals. Spacious rooms. Good air con.

Not enough light in the bathroom. About 20 minutes to the beach, but you could take a tuk tuk for 50b per person.

Nice comfortable hotel ..very pleasant and helpful staff..its a good 15 minute walk up and down the strip to the beach but they offer a free shuttle which is great...breakfast nice as is the pool though always a struggle for loungers and parasols..

Fair walk to beach which we did at night looking for a restaurant for food...which there are loads..others have stated beds are hard..I actually didn't mind this but wife wasn't so in love with them

위치가 번화가랑 멀어서 오토바이나 차있는 분에겐 좋을듯요

방이 커서 좋았어요 수영장이 작긴 하지만 나름 관리도 잘되는 듯요

체크아웃 후 짐보관이 안된다 하고 로비에 에어컨이 안나오니 너무 더웠어요

A perfect getaway

I absolutely loved the location. It was roughly a 20ish minute walk to Ao Nang beach. The room was lovely and clean, well cleaned daily.

They didn’t have any slippers in the room and the floors were tile so they were cold.

Quiet and peaceful resort with helpful staff and 15 min walk from the centre.

Great views from the balcony (cliffs and sea in the distance). Quiet and chilled location which is a nice break from the busy Ao Nang centre which is a 15 min walk away. Staff were very attentive and helpful.

Ótimos dias em Krabi

O hotel é excelente, tudo bem aconchegante, quarto bem espaçoso, tudo limpo. A comida do restaurante uma delícia e farta. A piscina também é muito agradável e os funcionários são bem simpáticos.

A localização do hotel não é tão boa. É preciso caminhar um pouquinho, cerca de 1km pra chegar na rua principal. Nada que atrapalhe muito a hospedagem, nós fomos e voltamos todos os dias a pé e ocorreu tudo bem.

Freundliches Personal, saubere Anlage, cooler Pool mit schöner Aussicht.

Etwas fußläufig zum Strand, mit einem Roller gut zu erreichen. Shuttle fährt 2x am Tag runter zum Strand.

Uno de los mejores lugares en Ao Nang

El hotel es súper cómodo, con todo tipo de servicio y un desayuno imperdible. Se pueden organizar excursiones desde el mismo hotel. La habitación con balcón mesa y sillas es ideal para tomar una cerveza a la noche cuando no está tan caluroso.

Algo que se puede mejorar pero que no fue un inconveniente para nosotros, es que hay traslados gratuitos hasta la playa y desde la playa, pero solo hay 2 horarios para ir y 2 para volver. Si no me equivoco, todas las veces el transporte sale del hotel, va a la playa y vuelve, por lo que podrían hacer 4 viajes llevando o trayendo gente sin tener costo adicional

El trato del personal es muy bueno y la piscina tiene unas vistas increíbles.

Está a 20 min caminando de la playa. También tiene ciertas deficiencias en cuanto a ropa de cama o toallas (muy desgastado, roto o manchado).
