It was adorable! Very well decorated with the Bavarian winter and ski theme. Nice sized bathroom. Good air flow and stunning views out the window. Fabulous breakfast with delicious pastries and warm croissants. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The bed was a little soft. The staff took that comment seriously and I bet the mattress is replaced soon. It is about a 7 minute drive to town so you need to depend on local shuttles ( free) if you don’t have a car. This shouldn’t stop you from staying here. It is a wonderful place to stay outside of the hustle and bustle of the city.

Second time staying. We had the quadruple room up the top of the house, it's a huge space with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, table and chairs and it worked very well for our family. It was warm during June so we had the windows open all night. It would be useful to have fans in the rooms during summer. It's a very quiet area and we enjoyed eating at the restaurant too. Great breakfast options included.

We experienced heavy Alpine rain near Courmayeur on the TMB route so decided to check in to this accommodation. It exceeded our expectations and was a perfect night rest before continuing our hike.
I can highly recommend dinner and the staff were so polite and engaging. Our room was spacious, clean and came with a balcony.

The hotel is very nice, breakfast was good and the breakfast waiter was much nicer than the other staff.
There were multiple large bottles of water in the room which was very welcome
Check in was a faff with the owner not on site and a staff member having to make multiple calls, I got to my room and 5 minutes later had the staff at the door telling me not to unpack until they could check again I was meant to be in the room.
The bar staff at night were dismissive and not interested, I ordered a wine, waited 10 minutes and just left.
The WiFi did not work
The room locks are damaged and using the key was stupidly dificult
