Amazing staff, couldn't do enough to help us during our stay!
We unfortunately didn't learn enough Italian before our visit but we managed to communicate with staff well enough during our stay. They were apologetic for not understanding and so were we.
The hotel was exceptionally busy during UTMB week but it never felt full or too busy.
The spa always had room and breakfast was exceptional.
The food quality was amazing, we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner during the stay.
There were plenty of more demanding guests in the hotel and we felt sorry for the staff during this stressful time.
The young man at dinner service went above and beyond and remembered my husband on both nights as he was taking part in CCC. Staff remembered that we didn't drink and service was quick with us saying we were having an early night before the race. They also informed us we could get an early breakfast if we needed for our early start on Friday morning.
We pre ordered a packed breakfast to be able to eat early. Unfortunately it was only 1 sandwich, 1 bread and a bottle of water.
It would have been nice to have some fruit/pastry/extra coffee with the breakfast to be able to enjoy something similar to the regular morning breakfast.

Beautiful view. Great location.
The floor was coming undone-the fake boards were slipping. The furniture was quite scuffed. One of the bedside lamps did not work.
