Phenomenal treatment by the owner Marina, who'll collect you from the airport for a very reasonable price even at night. Large, furbished room and bathroom, clean and well maintained.
The only problem is not with the hotel but with the location - Fiumincino is very bad transport-wise. Much easier to ask the owner to drive you back to the airport and manage from there. Will save you a lot of trouble.

The hostess was very kind and did her best to accommodate us. Our overall stay was pleasant; however, the main drawback was the location. It was quite far from the city center, and during late hours, public transportation was not available. As a result, we had to rely on taxis, which significantly increased our expenses. In hindsight, the additional cost could have been put toward staying at a centrally located hotel. Aside from the location, our experience at the accommodation itself was good.
The location and the lack of public transportation to go to the center. We had to go to the airport and take buses or trains to the center.
