Good location, easy to reach the beach. Whole house for us, as for me could host up to 5 people, spacious terrace, very good kitchen.
As it was weekend as we stayed it was noisy when both windows were opened (when the windows were closed it’s fine). Not too fast internet (for work, for scrolling it’s fine)

La ubicación algo lejos de Roma (1hora y algo más a Roma Centro en bus) en tren algo mas de 30 minutos, en coche algo similar.
Con respecto al agua caliente sale muy poca presión al utilizarla.

The layout of the rooms was nice and the beds were comfy and great. There was also no set hours for heating. This was great because some days were really cold.
Although listed as all one floor. There are 2 steps on the front porch which was inaccessible to enter due to piles of leaves and other detritus. The entry way also had 2 steps that were not conducive for a disabled traveller. The bathrooms both had mildew. And the 2nd bathroom shower was just a shower head hanging from the wall so floor of bathroom was dangerous after a shower. Also the neighbors in back were rude and the neighborhood was nice in day but shady at night.
