Location is very good, easy to access to Metro station, there are lots of shops and restaurants around that can meet all kinds of needs.
The bed is very comfortable; the service is excellent; you can ask to have different kinds of pillows. The breakfast was okay, reasonable price. The shower is very powerful; it was the most comfortable shower I have ever used before, really liked.
The body wash is very good, smells nice.
The room's decoration is really terrible, like it was done by an apprentice. The power board is crooked, the baseboards are uneven, and the sliding door is really tight, if you're a bit weak, it's hard to pull.

1) privacy in the pool and Sunna is terrible - many customers use cell phones (with cameras) but the staff did not stop these customers (even it is the rule).
2) weak communication among the staff (one staff promised one thing or did on thing - while the later duty one did not follow/know
