Best of line service I’ve ever had. Location is near 2 subway intersection. Everything's great except the window is not so clean for my 33rd floor room. Pity for such a wonderful view.

Most convenient family suite in Nanjing, excellent choice for families with young kids, centrally located and most convenient for shopping an d dinning. One of the room is actually facing Xin Jie Kou directly, we really enjoyed the colorful city views at night. What a pleasant surprise.

Everything was nearly perfect except the last night. My next door got quite a few people and was really loud. I called the service line and they quickly responded. The other thing is taxis usually are reluctant to go to nearby areas from the hotel.

The property apparently is out of the date and some wooden room furnitures need refreshing. I have sinus allergy and during my 5 day stay, the dirty blanket smells and my running noses just could not stop. The shower faucet needs replacement too.

Great location with many restaurants and shopping malls around the area. Metro lines 1&2 are right at the hotel so it’s easy to go anywhere in the city including the train station and airport. The executive lounge has limited food and wine choices.

In general, Good. At very good location + staffs are very friendly & helpful. Only 1 thing feel not perfect is actually the room facilities/decorations is getting old (we are at executive suite), though the lobby and executive lounge looks good & new. I would like to thanks to staff 王兵柱，汤雷，very friendly & helpful!!!

The front desk is not obvious as expected at the lobby of Yatai Building. Breakfast is good, but lack for local tastes. No washlet in room, quite uncommon for new hotels in Asia. What made me most grateful is that Miss 陈琪 from housekeeping department helped me a lot to find my left items and shipped back to me with carefulness.

Great location. Next to metro stop. - use Exit 6. Old tour has some cooling issues. Our room could not cool below 34 so they moved us to a new room where bedroom cooled to 33 at best. This was in the old tower. Our children in the new tower were able to cool to lower temperature.

With the way we entered the hotel from the Subway, hotel check-in location was a bit confusing. Staff were friendly and room was comfortable. Swimming pool and hot tub were awesome (take a swim cap).

The Jinling is one of the first hotels of its kind in Nanjing. The reception staff are well-trained and eager to assist. Overall a pleasant hotel although the rooms are a bit old and not well furnished. The Chinese restaurant, Plum Garden is very good and probably one of the few in China not to use MSG, a big plus for them. The Jinling is also linked to the metro station only a few minutes from its doorstep.
