A great hotel in a fantastic location with wonderful staff

The location was very private and the amenities were very clean alongside a very welcoming staff.

That the fridge turned off when we had to leave the room and take our key with us.

Really nice stay!

We stayed in the room in front of the sea, super big and comfy. The sunset every night is a nice extra ☺️ The bathtube in front of the window is really nice, the beach is super calm and empty.

There are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood but the good rated restaurants are in Thong Sala which is 15 min by car. The sound of the waves can be annoying at some point. In the night you can see the shadows from outside when you are showering, so maybe they could put better curtains.

We really enjoyed our stay here, would stay here again if visiting.

It’s in an amazing location with a short walk into the town, lovely beach views and access to the pool. Room and balcony area were both really nice and always kept clean. Staff were lovely and helpful.

great location, beautiful little bungalow, I would definitely stay again.

Exceptional

Perfect location. More to the side in a quiet zone but close to the main beach that it a short walk away. Very beautiful little hotel with alot of greenery and the pool was beautiful. Staff was helpful.

Room needs a bit of an update. But that's pretty much it

Location perfect for haad rin/full moon party.

Rooms are very basic and in need of an update. Breakfast was served as a La carte but was freezing cold.

Okay for full moon party all you need. Wouldn’t visit normally.

Pool was good and friendly staff. Great location for the full moon party. Beach nice and close.

Extremely basic rooms. Doors didn’t feel secure and didn’t close without manual locking. Shower hot water wasn’t any good. WiFi didn’t work.

We we’re pretty disappointed from the hotel. The cleaning service is bad. we received the room dirty from the start, and it kept going through our stay. smashed bugs on the floor, no towels and more. if you’re looking for a place to relax - I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you’re looking for a room to crash after the party - you can find a better value for your money.

The view in a specific part of the hotel, abd that it was close to the full moon party

The breakfast wasn't good, the air conditioner was broken and worked partially, IT guy wasn't helpful with our requests, and took a long time till we got him. In general our experience there wasn't as good as we expected

it was not so bad.

the location, rooms were clean and tidy

no toiletries were provided, no lift and the stairs are steep. so every time we had to buy something climbing up all the floor was hard. after partying it’s nearly impossible and you don’t like staying at this property then. the villa facing pool side is good as you don’t have to climb a lot

It was a very relaxing and fun stay at Neptunes Villa.

I really liked how friendly the staff was, they were very helpful and kind. Our Deluxe room was stunning, and we loved being able to wake up and be right next to the beach. This is hotel is very convenient for the Full Moon Party, but even if you don't go it's far away enough for you to still enjoy peace and quiet.

The beds weren't very comfy.

Although we paid for two nights we left after one

The pictures that tells totaly different story

Breakfast was awful. My son called it jail meal. Very short menu that you can choose from and i ended it up with bad stomach. Location is ok if you are into loneliness.the room looked nice but smelled of mustiness and the mattress was like trampoline. The short strip of beach was very dirty, and the pool was across the street. When we got there it was very smelly .of chloride when we got back to the room we found out that there was no hot water in the shower. After an hour of waiting to get it fixed(it never happened) and bagging to the staff that our children are exhausted, they let us take a shower in the next room.
