Staff was pleasant and helpful. View from patio was great.
Shower floor was VERY slippery. Had to put a towel down to take a shower without slipping. Patio is "closed" early a.m. I am an early riser and would have liked to have access to the patio.

Golf was brilliant, room clean and well maintained, staff helpful. Communication prior to arrival was very good, staff were helpful in organising exactly what we wanted.
the restaurant was only OK, perhaps we should have gone out for food, but hotel is a little remote, so would have had to drive/taxi

Bed room was excellent
There was very little for breakfast that I could eat. There was no butter and milk

Bad customer service. There is a culture there that a customer is a burden. Anything to be done for the customer is a burden and brings heavy weight to them.
The way reciption and restaurant employees respond to me was poor customer service and lack of happiness of working there. It feels that every employee there is sad and obligated to work and hates it
