Clean, modern rooms. Good restaurant.
Hard to find parking during weekend. The inside pool is cold. The pool employee started screaming at us when we tried to put our sun into the kids pool. Kids pool is too small for kinds under 4 years and with 3 kids in it was crowded.

The hotel is large, beautifully presented, and has a very elegant and luxurious feel throughout. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and we particularly appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff in the lobby, at breakfast, and around the bar area. The decor is beautiful and feels very sophisticated, with lots of flowers and lovely views that add to the overall atmosphere. There are definitely some wonderful touches throughout the hotel that make it feel special and create a pleasant setting for a relaxing stay.
Overall, our experience was mixed, with a few areas that could benefit from some attention. During our brief interaction, the waiter came across as quite reserved and not particularly welcoming, which affected the overall impression of the service.
The room cleaning also seemed to take place quite late in the day, meaning that our towels had not been replaced by the time we needed them and we had to reuse those from the previous day.
The pool area was another noticeable point, as there was a persistent mold-like smell. Interestingly, even after washing our bathing suits, the smell remained, suggesting that the source may be something in the pool or surrounding area.
These were relatively small details, but addressing them could make the overall guest experience considerably more pleasant.
The kids’ facilities were another area where we felt there was room for improvement. The younger kids’ club was quite small, with many of the toys simply scattered around the room, so it didn’t feel especially engaging or thoughtfully set up. The older kids’ club had a selection of arcade-style games, but these required paid coins (10 lei per coin, with many games lasting around a minute or less). As we were told that the staff would not supervise the children outside the club, where the park and main play area were located, the options for children to stay entertained independently felt quite limited.
Having stayed at a number of resorts and hotels, we have seen some really well-designed kids’ facilities, so this was one area where we felt the resort could offer more in terms of activities, organization, and overall setup. With some additional investment and a wider range of supervised or included activities, the kids’ experience could be significantly improved. That said, the evening entertainment from 20:00–21:30 was a nice addition, and our children genuinely enjoyed it.
