Nice hotel, comfortable beds.
Too many kids to enjoy pool and jacuzzi, our rooms were far from breakfast and pool area, rooms were small for price, massages very expensive for România and people at the SPA were not very nice. Breakfast was ok, not amazing, dinner expensive.

Close to the snow
Reception staff was not very clear and was on the phone the whole time to someone why checking us in at the same time I know people can multitask but I was not really sure what parts of the form I was suppose to be filling in at the time. Also had a family above us was banging and kids running up and down until around 11:30pm banging in the floor above

The swimming pool, jacuzzi and the sauna were exquisite. We got lucky with there being lots of conferences going on and less guests, so we had the entire spa area for ourselves. All clean and very well kept. Spa staff very friendly.
Breakfast was nice, but I'd add bacon in the list of options too 😄 Restaurant is also good, but more dishes would be welcome.
It was very loud on the first night due to some conference party which went on with loud music until around 1 am...
The TVs are not smart, so if you want to watch a movie, you should bring your own devices.

doesnt worth the money, very bad breakfast, dry omlet with dark color, low quality coffee, way below expectations
