Beautiful hotel with wonderful stuff

The building is beautiful but not fully renovated
The location is very central but very loud
The design of the apartment is very nice but not perfectly maintained
Location is above 2 bars which means it's loud until 3 a.m. and starting 5 a.m. again when supplies are delivered (bottles, cans etc.)
The access to the apartment is stairs only then over an inner courtyard filled with clutter and garbage, not recommended for fear of heights.
Hygiene could be better maintained, there's a hole above the toilet that could be fixed, shower has some mold and leaks, AC is loud, no sound proof, doors and people from the other apartments are clearly audible.

Clean modern rooms in a great location just off of the square.
Self check in was very difficult. Rooms are hard to find upstairs on the 2nd floor of a dingy front doorway and metal walkway. The link to the government app was wrong so had to figure out how to get in. For those with luggage very difficult to get upstairs. A staff should have been there to assist. No maid service. No communication from the management. Frankly , this is not a hotel. It’s more like an AirBnB
