Este un hotel foarte curat si cu bun gust

Proprietate făcută cu bun gust, mobilier de calitate.

Curățenia lasă de dorit. Ar trebui făcută curățenie generală la o anumită perioada( pereții, ușile, au nevoie de curățare. La partea de mic dejun, este slab, foarte slab… foarte puține produse care pe lângă ca sunt limitate ca și diversificare, în cazul în care se termină un produs, nu se înlocuiește, decât dacă întrebi și ceri.( de ex s-a terminat pâinea și untul la ora 9.00 și nu se sinchisea nimeni să verifice în primul rând și apoi să refacă stocul, iar când am întrebat dacă mai este unt, mi s-a spus:” pot aduce dacă doriți”, serios? Dacă doresc? Păi e obligatoriu să fie, nu?? iar personalul, foarte slab pregătit, deloc profesionist și pe deasupra și arogant. La fel și la restaurant… curățenia ar trebui să fie mai amplă, nu doar superficială.

Curățenia e limba străină pt ei, se face în bătaie joc, urme de fecale pe capacul de la toaleta, lenjerie pat patata și cu fire de par, praf pe jos ca pe strada, capac toaleta rupt, prosoape de fata nu exista, mic dejun de mai bine mănânci bătaie...
