La struttura in generale. La qualità dei servizi, la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. La totale pulizia non solo delle camere, ma di tutto il resort.
Dopo I primi giorni stanca un po' sentire lunghe descrizioni e spiegazioni in lingua tedesca, per poi essere tradotti in poche e sbrigative parole in italiano

A wonderful place with breathtaking views and a fantastic atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

Close to old town, beautiful views, nicely appointed room, friendly staff, beautiful pool
Meals were hectic with the crowds, resort was not an Italian experience: it was a German experience. Everything was in German including the entertainment. We were not made aware that this was a German resort and found ourselves wanting an Italian experience.

Great location and views
The hotel is German owned and catered for Germans. There isn’t much disclosed about it on booking.com which was a bit disappointing. I have seen the hotel reply to other reviews and state that people should look into the background of the hotel before booking which I believe is absurd.
