Sind seit 10 Tagen in Italien unterwegs. Diese Unterkunft hat alles übertroffen 🎉Bei Problemen, wetterbedingt, schwere Gewitter 😤innerhalb von höchstens 5 Min war Pasquale dort und hat alles geregelt. Wunderschöne Unterkunft, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, super sauber und gepflegt, sensationell 🍀🙋♀️

Semplicemente top!!! Dall'accoglienza e la professionalità dell'host ... alla vasca idromassaggio in camera....
Apprezzatissimo il fatto che venga inclusa la colazione (all you can eat !) in un locale del centro poco distante dal B&B ... ma purtroppo la qualità lasciava molto a desiderare...ci sono state portate delle fette biscottate, confezionate, scadute da mesi ... oltre alla qualità di tutto il resto ....

A szállás Tropea csendes, domboldali részén található. Nagyon elegáns, exkluzív anyagokkal megépített, modern, és rendkívül tiszta az egész épület. Van közös terasz, kilátással a tengerre. Gyönyörű a szoba minden kőburkolata, minden felhasznált építőanyag minőségi és új. Teljesen új, kényelmes matrac, jó minőségű törölközők. A wi-fi jól működik, bár nem mindenhol azonos erősségű. A fürdőszoba tiszta, új, elegáns és funkcionális. A reggelit ugyan nem az épületben kaptuk, hanem egy bárban a belvárosban, de cserébe fantasztikus volt a svédasztalos választék: minden reggel legalább 10 különböző friss sütemény, szalámik, sajtok, joghurtok, müzli, gyümölcslevek. Olaszországban hasonló választék csak 4* hotelekben van. Minden nap takarítás történt, amíg mi távol voltunk napközben. Az épület előtt ingyenes a parkolás, és mindig van hely - ez azért fontos, mert a nyári időszakban októberig egész Tropea területén 0-24 fizetős a parkolás! A vendéglátónk nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Legközelebb is itt szállunk meg, ne hagyjátok ki!
The accommodation is located in a quiet, hillside area of Tropea. The entire building is very elegant, built with exclusive materials, modern and extremely clean. All the stonework in the room is beautiful, all the building materials used are high-quality and new. Completely new, comfortable mattress, good quality towels. The wi-fi works well. The bathroom is clean, new, elegant and functional. Although we did not have breakfast in the building, but in a bar in the city center, the buffet selection was fantastic: at least 10 different fresh pastries, salamis, cheeses, yogurts etc. We have stayed in many places in Italy, but a similar selection is only found in four-star hotels. Cleaning was done every day while we were away during the day. Parking is free in front of the building and there is always space - this is important because during the summer season until October, parking is paid 24/7 throughout Tropea!
A reggeli valóban 1ö perc sétára van, de megéri az utat! Mi a nyári legmelegebb napokban szálltunk itt meg, és a központi légkondicionálás maximum 26 C fokig tudta lehűteni a szobát, még éjszakára is. Nekünk ez tökéletes volt, de lehet, hogy valaki hidegebbet szeretne. Ha dolgozni szeretnél a szobában, és ehhez erős wi-fire van szükséged, egyeztesd, melyik szobában elérhető, mert nem egyforma az erőssége a házban.
Breakfast is indeed a 10-12 minute walk, but it's worth the trip! We stayed here during the hottest days of summer, and the central air conditioning was able to cool the room down to a maximum of 26 degrees, even at night. For us, this was perfect, but someone might prefer it colder. If you want to work in the room and need strong wi-fi for this, check which room has it, because the strength is not the same throughout the house.

The manager is very helpful, kind and decent. The place is at great location, near to the main Street in Tropea. Parking available on the street. Rooms are very clean and minimalistic, fair designed. The Seaview is from the balcony and there is a bigger chill balcony for small meetings as well etc.
The furniture is very minimalistic, so if You come for the week or more, there is not much space for 2 people to hand all Your stuff or put it. However the room is spacious with enough place for bigger wardrobe, the wardrobe is small. The bathroom is nicely designed, but not too practical. No hooks for towels, not even hanger for the toilet paper. The sink was almost not draining. The weakest part of this property is the central A/C system. Even if it is set to minimum 10'C and MED speed (highest speed is prohibited) there is no chance to cool the rooms below 25'C. Central A/C is just weak. So, during the hot summer it is still quite warm inside, especially at the end of August, when there are very humid days there. So the A/C would definitely need some improvement, but it works. And You only get one card for each room, so not enough for 2 solo travellers in one room.
