The location was fantastic, right in the centre. Near the train station and the main attractions. The room was impecable and very cosy. A special mention to Ana María who works at the front desk, she really exceeded my expectations since the beginning of my stay she was very kind and extremely helpful. When I told her I wasn't sure how to get to my next destination. She took ownership and help me find tickets and connections on Trenitalia, later when I called her from the station to let her know that all trains had been cancelled, she offered me the contact details of different taxi companies.

Staff were very nice and helpful, Ana Maria you are the best.
The room was too small, showers need some maintenance, not enough supplements like shower Gil and shampoo, water is not free
