Nice little hotel in Tropea. The room was decent and in the nice area. Breakfast just ok. But the staff was very very nice! We checked in late and checked out a little later and the staff was really understanding and din not think to apply any additional payments (as they often do in Italy).
Maybe some more choices at breakfast would be nice.

We appreciated and adored the front reception manager, Manuela. She was helpful and always friendly and welcoming.
We loved also the location’s quiet street, very close to the historical centre. The room was decorated pretty, was spacious and the shower was very large.
Unfortunately the service, quality of food offered and the selection which was not freshly made, but rather store bought and/or overcooked hard boiled eggs every day, left little to desire for waking up early for breakfast at such a beautiful hotel. Also, my partner and I found the breakfast host, Rosanna (the host) to be distracted with her phone always away from guests, never kind or welcoming and made us feel awkward constantly feeling rushed and she would check her watch always and roll her eyes when she saw us or other guests, despite our many attempts at being friendly and appreciative every day. She looks miserable in her role and should not be with guests of the hotel. It is not a pleasant feeling to be stressed first thing in the morning just to order a coffee from her and be told to wait or her roll her eyes, go on her phone or ignore guests and check her watch and the time. The only time she put a pretend smile on her face was on our last morning she called out after, “arriverderci”, which seemed the most rude action from her. We were very disappointed with the service of breakfast. Clearly stated in this review.
