Always clean and tidy. Love that it’s one street in from the Great Ocean Road so it’s nice and quiet while so easy to get to the beach, shops and food. Foodworks is right opposite too.
I’ve stayed here for the 3rd time and love seeing the development going on in the common area this time (tea and coffee as usual but now filtered and sparkling water too!!). Some nice little thoughtful things such as a draw full of adaptors you can borrow.
Dedicated parking spot for each room is also a win.
Owners are lovely people!!

Location is good. Grocer just opposite the accommodation. Good restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
Need to pay AUD5.00 each for washing machine and dryer. No kitchen.
