Very poor

In practice nothing aside the convenient location

The room is very old, the shower is a catastrophy, the room is, dark with lighting not well positioned, we have got late by night and found the hotel closed that we née to knock hard thqr someone to open The breakfast is very bad for a, 4 star hotel..

Great !

really great hotel. the staff is the strength of this hotel. they are welcoming and helpful. the foos is really good and the whole group enjoyed it. I would like to thank Mr Yassin for taking care of us at the restaurant. I would come back when in rabat!

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

It would be very appreciated to get a water bottle each day. Tap water was not drickable. After a long day at the conference and I had no energy to go look for shops where to buy water. The lighting at the hotel was extremely poor. It was literaly pitch black in corridors and starecases. You had to start moving without seeing anything in order for lights to switch on. I almost fell on the stairs.

The hotel was not bad, Staff Mr Nur din at the Reception was quite helpful and pleasant,

It was ok, nothing great

Not much of a choice on Breakfast, But Staff Nur Din was very helpful, But we ordered a cab to the airport with Mr Nur Din at the reception from the hotel and the cab driver ripped us off, we wore told 250MD to the airport and he charged us 300MD and he was a friend off Mr Din, so there was something going on as commision with them two. and it only cost us 200MD from the airport to the hotel, so the cab driver was a thief. So be aware when ordering cabs from the hotel and try to pay the hotel the cab fare before hand so they can sort it out before you leave otherwise they will ripe you off.

Exceptional

Everything from the reception staff to kitchen staff to cleaning staff, everyone was super friendly and very helpful.

Fridge in room is not cooling No paper tissue in the room Breakfast poor, coffee and tea are bad and cold The bed mattress is divided within two, uncomfortable for a couple. No lablel on the food during breakfast. Can't know halal or not. Staff are active and willing to help but it is clear they don't have enough training No pipe for ablution in toilet

they met my expectations

The breakfast was great! and the location is good too, I had near the Old Medina and markets. I want to highlight the service of the reception and the guys from the breakfast service.

The view of the room . Too much noises from other rooms, No food service to the room . I still remember when I called the receptionist to request breakfast to my room . He told that they are providing this service only for old people. I used to ask for breakfast to my room . And I don't know why rive hotel don't have this service which I find it weird.
