The lady and the guy on front desk were very welcoming and helpful the guys in the restaurant and sufyaan the security was very helpful and shown us where we needed to go! Would most definitely stay here again. It Was situated right in the city centre which made everywhere accessible there was no need for taxis and if so they were really cheap too! Enjoyed our stay thank you very much!!
Could do with a little update in the rooms but nothing to say I wouldn’t stay here again

Central location, very accessible to a lot of places. The room was very clean and comfortable. Travelling alone as a female I was unsure before I arrived, however, I felt very safe at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is in a very good location, near both bus and tram stops. From there, you can easily walk to touristic places and there is a plenty of restaurant options as well. The hotel is simple, the staff was super nice. My room was quite spacious, more than enough for a single person. The breakfast is very Moroccan style, lots of breads (like, LOTS). Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.
On the first day, I was greeted by a bunch of flies flying over my bed. They seem to be pretty much everywhere in the city, so maybe this is considered normal? Or it is hard to avoid. Anyways, I managed to get rid of them and tried to not let my windows open for to long, so that no other flies would get in.
I think the staff try hard at cleaning, but the way the building was built does not allow proper ventilation in the bathroom, so I could see mold near the ceiling. Also, despite having a glass box around the shower, water would just flow all over the bathroom.
