It was great to have a nice front porch to sit on and a good-sized back yard for a fire. We walked 2 blocks to several wonderful restaurants.

The home is in the downtown area of Frankfort which is as you can walk to the boat launch and to the local shops.

The location was great as it was walking distance to downtown and the lake. The front porch was a great spot to hangout, eat, play games and relax. The property itself could use some updating. It would have also been nice to have some more bath towels as there were 5 of us staying for 3 nights.

Beautiful outdoor area and porch. At first, we were concerned about lack of dishwasher and laundry but both were non-factors for our stay. Our 6th visit to Frankfort and among our best. Our greatest distance from beach, so far, but beautiful home helped make it worth the walk.

What a perfect house for a family get-a-way near Lake Michigan! Beach is just blocks away and cottage is clean and updated. Everything you need is right there: bonfire pit, grill, front porch, quiet neighborhood and just short drive to wonderful dune hikes and bike trails!

We absolutely loved this house and location for our annual girls trip. We really enjoyed the front porch and back patio areas for meals, snacks and hanging out. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about anything you would need. The living rooms and dining room were comfortable and spacious. Two full bathrooms was a definite perk. The four bedrooms were more than adequate. The only complaint we had was the beds are a little hard - a foam topper would do wonders for them:) We absolutely loved the little beach town! We would definitely return!

We stayed at Betsy house while we were on a golf trip to Arcadia Bluffs.

The House was Perfect for us!
We were very happy with our stay. The house is large and has several rooms and outdoor spaces to gather with our family. We loved sitting on the front porch every morning & night. It is a quiet and pretty neighborhood, within walking distance to the lakefront.
The house has many updates. The upstairs bathroom has been newly remodeled and is beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to others.

Nice house, spacious, great yard. However, not having a washer and dryer was an inconvenience. In
the future would only rent house with washer/dryer. A very quiet street probably not the best setting for excited children who create noise. Seems most people on the street are retired and prefer calm and quiet.

The house was beautiful, we loved the porch. Beds were very uncomfortable. More towels would have been great or being able to wash the ones we had. Thank you for letting us rent your property.

Great Location, Excellent Outdoor Amenities
We loved the location in town, quiet neighborhood. The front porch, back patio, and yard made relaxing outside very enjoyable. The house is roomy enough, and comfy, but definitely a little dated. Kitchen is tight to cook in, but adequately stocked. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved the week in Frankfort!

My family rented this house the week of the 4th of July. The size and amenities fit us perfectly. The location to town and the beach was also great. Many happy memories were made this past week. Thank you. Love Frankfort!!

Excellent rental
We enjoyed our stay at the Betsie House. The kids loved the big backyard for baseball, bonfires and soccer games. Easy access to downtown, grocery store and beach. Wish we had access to washing machine and dryer in the house because with three kids it was hard to get to the laundromat.

Cozy and convenient
We found the property great for our group of 7, including 2 children. Beautiful on the outside, close to restaurants and shops downtown and parks. Decor on the inside needs an update would be my only suggestion. A great place to stay and explore the Frankfort area.

Relaxing getaway in an excellent location.... clean, spacious, and comfortable
The home made up for the poor weather we had during our getaway weekend. It's in a perfect location a stone's-throw to downtown. It was clean and well maintained. Thank you!

We loved Betsie Bay House and just wish we had more time to spend there. Plenty of room for everyone and very clean. The town is so charming and the house down the street had massive pumpkins in front of it. A great place to stay and we will be back again. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

Really nice house in my favorite northern Michigan town.
Nice house walking distance to town. It was really nice to have 4 bedrooms and a kitchen. Plenty of room for 4 guys on a fishing trip with no need to share a bedroom. Couldn’t ask for more.
