The hospitality professionism and kindness of the Soluxe hotel staff was well above and beyond our expectations. David the manager was absolutely amazing and he personally made sure our stay in Guangzhou was completely stress free by personally booking our Didi rides, and adding the Didi ride fees to our hotel tab (without any additional charges) when my Didi app didnt work, he contacted the airport, our located our lost luggage and had it delivered to the hotel. He took the time to enquire about our personal preferences and recommended places of interest and places to shop that suited our budget and time constraints.

Nice amenities, although the jacuzzi wasn’t working properly, but everything else was great with spacious rooms.
Right next door to Tanhe Park and great city views.

The location was good. The staff spoke great English and were very helpful.
The room was dated. It was old and the decor smelled bad. If they say it doesn’t it’s because they don’t think to have an aroma diffuser or are used to the smell. The bathroom was old and dated. The carpet was filthy. Restaurant was awful - bland food.
